Two years ago yesterday, we started selling our bites at a Thompson Point Mother’s Day Market . Scroll right to see where it all began and where we are now! Our two year journey ! ➡️

This cover photo is is such a proud moment of where we are now, two years after the first market launch.

This past week, we completed the biggest week in our business to date, and we truly couldn’t be more blessed, and grateful. What started small has grown more than we ever could’ve imagined, and none of it happens without the people who continue to support us, share us, stock us, and believe in us.

We’d be remiss not to shout out every single place that supported us this past week and is this upcoming week— from coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, cafés, markets, and every customer who grabbed a bag along the way.

How wild is this?! 🤯

Watching our bags go through production will never get old. Seeing the photos we took, the designs we dreamed up, and our story printed right onto the bags is one of those moments that still stops us in our tracks.

It’s a reminder that small beginnings can lead to big things when you stay consistent, keep showing up, and believe in what you’re building.

We’re incredibly grateful for every customer, retailer, market shopper, friend, and supporter who’s been part of this journey.

Don’t mind us while we continue staring at these production videos like proud parents.

Meet Danielle — a life time friend. Danielle is a yoga instructor who is part of the Humble Warrior Yoga Studio Community. She is the business owner of @summergrace_studios, and all-around creative spirit. Between running her own photography business and salon, she still finds time to move, breathe, and lift others up. That smile says it all — calm, confident, and full of light.
She has been a huge cheerleader of Live Life Bites from the beginning and we feel so honored to feature her on her mat, a home to her.

What a great market at @beicapelli!!

It’s always a little nerve-wracking heading into a market these days, especially as we navigate this new chapter of Live Life Bites without bringing our macarons and bread.

But WOW. You showed up, showed love, and reminded us why we love doing what we do. 🥹

We have to take a minute to show some LOVE to this amazing human. 💛

We found Shaina through a story she posted from one of our amazing accounts, and we quickly became big fans of each other. Since then, she has continued to BLOW US AWAY with her support of Live Life Bites—sharing our bites, spreading the word, and hyping us up every chance she gets. 🥹

So we wanted to return the love and introduce you to Shaina!

Shaina didn’t start her fitness journey until her early 20s after growing up with chronic asthma. That journey led her to become a 3x Boston Marathoner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Run Coach, and eventually the founder of HypeGirl Running & Fitness. 🏃‍♀️💪 @hypegirlrunfit

She’s always been the hype girl—the one encouraging people to take on the challenge, believe in themselves, and go a little further. Something we believe in to our core. If you know us on a personal level you know this!

As a small business owner herself, she understands just how much every referral, share, recommendation, and purchase means. And she truly practices what she preaches by showing up and supporting other small businesses, too.

One of the most exciting things we’ve been working toward is finally here — our Live Life Mixes can now be shipped anywhere in the country! 🎉

Right now, mixes are available to order privately, and we’ll officially be launching them on our website in 2027. But you don’t have to wait — if you’d like to order, we can get them shipped to you as soon as you order!

And this photo made us especially happy. 🥹❤️ One of our customers just placed her SECOND order after trying our mixes and loving them so much.

That means the world to us.

It’s one thing to see new orders come in, but seeing people come back and order again? That’s the kind of support that makes all the early mornings, late nights, mixing, rolling, packing and dreaming feel so worth it.

📸 Here’s a little sampling of the photos that have come in from friends and family over the last month and a half!

From @brookvalemercantile , to the @canopyportlandwaterfront & @saltyardportland, to @mckinnonsmarkets in Portsmouth, @foleysfitnesscenter, @cafelunamaine, and so many other locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire — it’s pretty incredible to see our products out in the wild.

Nothing warms my heart more than seeing these pictures come in. Seeing people enjoying our products, celebrating what we’re creating, and sharing them with friends and family means more than I can really put into words.

But what makes it even more special is knowing that when you pick up a bag of Live Life Bites, you’re not just supporting us. You’re also supporting the small businesses, local shops, gyms, cafés, markets, and communities that choose to carry our products.

Okay, I know I haven’t been sharing a TON about our mixes lately… but I promise, they are still very much happening!

In fact, we’ve been selling out of our mixes at markets week after week, while also working hard to bring more awareness to the stores that carry them.

If you’ve been curious about trying one, now is a great time! You can find our mixes at select retailers, and honestly, they’re a little more bang for your buck than the pre-made bites. 🙌

Plus, they’re FUN! Make them at home with your kids, roll them together, pop them in the fridge or freezer, and have protein-packed snacks ready to go. It’s one of those simple little things that feels even better when you made it yourself.

Today marks 846 days. ❤️

846 days since we started making our protein bites on May 18, 2024.

Two years, three months, and 24 days of rolling, packing, delivering, learning, growing, figuring it out, and believing in this little dream of ours.

And today also marks something REALLY exciting…

Our 40th location drop! 🎉

FORTY locations carrying Live Life Bites. Forty places where you can walk in and find something we started making in our kitchen and dreamed would someday make it onto shelves.

It’s honestly so empowering to look back and realize just how far this has come.
