One week of eating more fruit. 🍓 This is what happened:

Less appetite for sweets and food in general.

No real cravings. Even when food was right next to us, we found ourselves thinking, “Do I actually want this?”

We also snacked less and felt less tired in the afternoon.

The most interesting part? We didn’t try to restrict ourselves. We simply focused on adding more fruit to our diet.

We’re curious to see if these changes continue beyond one week. 👀

Would you try this for one week? Let us know what you notice. 👇

Exercise: Good Stress for Your Body

Not all stress is bad. Exercise is a form of positive stress, also known as eustress. It challenges your body in a way that helps it adapt and become stronger.

Builds strength: Your muscles adapt to the demands you place on them.

Trains your heart: Regular exercise helps improve cardiovascular fitness.

Improves resilience: Your body learns to respond and adapt to physical challenges.

Supports your mind: Movement can improve mood and help reduce feelings of stress.

But recovery is just as important as the workout itself. Your body needs enough sleep, good nutrition and rest to adapt to the stress of exercise.

The goal isn't to avoid stress completely. It's to find the right balance between challenge and recovery.

What kind of movement makes you feel your best? 👇

Healthy date night 💃🏻🤍

A date night doesn’t have to mean sitting at a restaurant for three hours. You can have fun, move your body and still enjoy good food.

5 simple ideas for your next date:

1. Dance instead of sitting 💃🏻
Go dancing, take a dance class or simply put on your favorite music at home.

2. Make your aperó healthier 🥂
Think olives, nuts, veggies, hummus, fruit or dark chocolate instead of only ultra-processed snacks.

3. Go for a walk after dinner 🌙
A 20–30 minute walk is an easy way to move, talk and spend more time together.

4. Choose an activity together 🎾
Mini golf, tennis, bowling, hiking or anything that gets you moving and having fun.

5. Make the evening about connection 🤍
Put your phones away, slow down and actually enjoy the time together.

Healthy living doesn’t mean giving up date nights. It can make them even more fun.

What’s your favorite date night activity? 👇

Not all sugar is the same. 🍓

A banana, grapes, dates and mango can naturally contain quite a lot of sugar. But that doesn’t mean you need to avoid them.

The difference is how the sugar comes in.

Whole fruit contains sugar together with fibre and other nutrients. Added sugars are found in things like sweets, desserts, sweetened cereals, sauces and drinks.

There’s also a middle ground people often forget: honey, maple syrup and fruit juice contain naturally occurring sugar, but they still count as “free sugars”.

So how much is too much?

The WHO recommends keeping free sugars below 10% of your daily calories, which is around 50 g per day on a 2,000-calorie diet. Ideally, keep it below 25 g.

So no, you don’t need to fear the sugar in your fruit. The bigger question is: how much added and free sugar are you getting from everything else?

Save this for your next grocery shop. 🍇

We thought 8 hours of sleep would just make us less tired. We noticed much more than that.

So we tracked ourselves for 7 days and wrote down how we felt every morning.

On the days we slept 8+ hours, we woke up energized, had less hunger in the morning, felt more focused and even had energy for an early gym session.

Then our sleep dropped.

7 hours → tired and low on energy.
7.11 hours → super tired, hungry and craving sweets.
7.21 hours → exhausted, more hungry and struggling to focus.

Then on Day 6, we got close to 8 hours again: 7.59 hours.
Energy was back and we felt more focused.

And on Day 7? 9.11 hours.
Not hungry in the morning, better mood and more ideas.

The most interesting part for us was how closely our hunger, energy and focus seemed to change alongside our sleep.

One week, two people, definitely not a scientific study. But it made us look at sleep very differently.

Would you notice these changes in yourself?

October in Switzerland is made for hiking. 🍂🥾

Instead of spending the weekend inside, use the cooler days to get outside and move.

Hiking is great for your body because you’re walking for longer, often going uphill, and constantly adapting to uneven terrain. It gets your heart rate up, strengthens your legs and challenges your balance and coordination.

But your mind benefits too. 🌿 Being outside gives you a break from screens and everyday routines, while time in nature can help reduce stress and mental fatigue. Getting daylight during the day can also support your sleep-wake rhythm.

And you don’t need to climb a mountain. A 1–2 hour hike is already a great way to spend an October afternoon.

So instead of another weekend on the couch, pick a trail and get outside.

Challenge: 8 hours of sleep every night for 1 week. 😴

Sleep supports memory and concentration, helps regulate appetite and emotions, supports physical recovery and plays an important role in overall health.

So for the next 7 days, we’re aiming for 8 hours of sleep every night.

We’re curious to see what changes for us after just one week.

More energy in the morning? Better focus? Less hunger? Better workouts?

What do you think we’ll notice first? Tell us below. 👇

Some foods have added sugar that you would probably never expect.

Balsamic vinegar.
Canned tomatoes.
Crackers.
Flavoured nuts.
Coleslaw.
Sushi rice.
Canned soup.
Even some ‘healthy’ ready-made meals.

The interesting part? Added sugar isn’t always there to make food taste sweet.

That’s why during our 7-day challenge, we’re checking the labels of everything we buy.

Follow along and see what we discover over the next 7 days. taken in Zürich, Switzerland by @live.naia

We tried eating without added sugar for one week. It was the hardest challenge so far. 😅

Someone brings delicious food. Your family offers you something. You walk into a café and suddenly your favourite cake is right there.

It almost feels like the moment you decide to avoid something, you start seeing it everywhere.

And that made us realise something: when you constantly tell yourself what you can’t have, you might actually think about it even more.

So this week, we’re trying a different approach.

Instead of focusing on eating less added sugar, we’re focusing on eating more fruit. 🍓🍇

More naturally sweet foods, more variety, and less thinking about what we’re not allowed to eat.

Let’s see what happens. 👀
