I have made a decision to fully embrace the vision and purpose God has for my life—and I will let no one and nothing stop me from walking in it.

Part of that purpose is helping others build, grow, and create a legacy that can impact their families for generations to come.

This is bigger than a title. Bigger than a rank. Bigger than income.

It’s about people. It’s about purpose. It’s about legacy.

I’m committed to becoming everything God has called me to be while helping others discover what’s possible for their lives too.

If you believe you desire the same—if you’re ready to build something that can outlive you—

❤️💪🏽 60 YEARS YOUNG — AND IT’S TIME TO GET HEALTHIER!

Once an athlete, ALWAYS an athlete! 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥

I used to run track, twirl as a majorette, and cheer from the sidelines! Movement, energy, discipline, and determination have always been a part of who I am.

But somewhere along life’s journey, between raising children, building businesses, serving others, and handling responsibilities, I realized something:

IT’S TIME TO PUT ME BACK ON THE PRIORITY LIST! ❤️

At 60 years young, I’m not trying to be 20 again. I’m working toward becoming the healthiest, strongest, and most energized version of ME at 60!

And guess what? MY DAUGHTERS ARE PUSHING THEIR MAMA! 😂💪🏽

Watching their dedication and fitness journeys has reignited something in me. I’m cheering them on, but they’re also holding me accountable!

13,346 STEPS! 5.4 MILES! 👟

The former track runner in me is waking up! The cheerleader is still cheering! And the majorette still has some moves left! 😂❤️

I’m learning that LEGACY isn’t just about leaving financial wealth. It’s about living healthier so we can ENJOY the wealth, the family, and the blessings God has given us.

I want to be present, active, and healthy enough to enjoy my daughters, my six grandchildren, and the generations coming behind me.

I’m not chasing the woman I used to be. I’m becoming the woman God is calling me to be in this season! 🙏🏽

60 IS NOT THE FINISH LINE — IT’S A NEW STARTING LINE! 🏁

One step. One prayer. One day at a time.

❤️ BUILDING FROM THE INSIDE OUT!
