A 24 hour trip to DC and Museum of the Bible had to be my first stop…

One day, and hopefully it’s someday soon, I’ll be able to share my testimony. My Ode to the One who was, and is, and is to come. But until then, my relationship with Him is personal and far from performative. It’s real. Visits like these just draw Us nearer to one another, and I’m so glad He deems me worthy to experience His Presence. I hope everyone gets to feel these feelings. If not, open up that Book. Circa August 11, 2025 🎂

I booked a solo staycation at the Thompson in Buckhead. Just me, my God, and my road dog 🐶. Turns out, it was everything I needed…the perfect time.

I told the young lady who was serving my table that it was my birthday. Next thing you know, up walks a trumpet player and a some friendly singers, reciting the birthday song. First, I screamed…then I smiled 😊

Top half of 2026 has concluded, and I know now, more than before, that God is Good. He’s holds you when you’re cold. He sees you when you try to hide & He gives you everything you need, just when you need it.

Numbers 6:24-26 talks about the Lord keeping us, being gracious to us, & making His face shine on us & boy oh boy, has He kept me. For the bottom half of the year, I’m hoping to not get overwhelmed when I experience His Glory, but rather praise Him, thank Him, & continue to walk in a way that keeps me, me and makes Him smile 💗💗💗 taken in 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 by @live_lavishly
