Ode to Carnival.

Oh what an Amazing and humbling feeling I have felt the last 2 days.
I always wondered what it would feel like when I left my PVP LAND Sales team community……

This community has specifically and directly raised me as I group up here all awhile making me a better human, lover of the multitude of people and cultures I have loved and enjoyed to learn from while working here even communing together with different groups of my co workers because of how special people at Carnival are from all walks of life! This honor of being a sales coach for nearly 18 years had that allowed me first learn about people, learn what matters most to them and then being able to Lead people righteously and honorably. The beautiful wave of voices during my farewell meeting was overwhelming, emotional(l yup got teary eyed) and could never have expected to be so humbled. You have contributed to a life long me@worry that I will never forget about and honor that sentiment to the next set of people I work alongside.

20 years of PVP LAND service is completed…..very emotional for me right now however my next Carnival chapter now commences as the newly promoted Product Development Manager for our Shore Excursions Adventure team of 200 employees and 1000 vendors that I am extremely excited to meet and work alongside all of my new team members and beyond….
PVP Land is my blood line and the standard of work ethic and drive needed to truly succeed no matter the environment. We are the model and standard of the HIGHEST Performing Sales team in the industry because of our leaders first guiding principal of PEOPLE FIRST, and everything else will follow.

God help me and guide me in my next chapters and excited to meet and exceed expectations!!!!
