“Failure is a feeling long before it becomes a result. It’s a vulnerability that breeds with self doubt and is escalated by fear.” Wise and super insightful words from the inspirational former first lady. Don’t let fear and self doubt cause a roadblock in your life. Keep believing in your own worth and striving to be better. Take risks and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Find your magic. It’s all there. Believe. #michelleobama #becoming #selfbelief #selflove #failure #failurequotes #fear #overcomeobstacles #overcomefear #growthmindset taken in London, United Kingdom by @livegorge

These @doisyanddam coconut and lucuma bars are the wellness snack dream. Lucuma - known as “gold of the Incas” - comes from the yellow-hued egg shaped fruit that grows on the lucuma tree. Not only does it taste super delicious- think caramel/ maple rich sweetness. It also contains high levels of potassium - great for post training cramps and muscle fatigue. Plus, the South Americans have been using it for centuries for its wound healing, anti- ageing and skin reparative effects. Pop it in your post- yoga tote. 🌴 🌴 🥥 🥥 #doisyanddam #lucuma #coconut #darkchocolate #livegorge #wellness #wellnesssnack #organicchcolate #organic #southamerica taken in London, United Kingdom by @livegorge

We’re talking to YOU. Remember how utterly unique, wonderful, talented and special you really are.
