Congratulations to Luna, Riley, and Ezrin on earning your stripes, and Tiago on his promotion to Grey Belt!!! Stripes and promotions don't come easy, you have to show up, be consistent, and earn them. We are so proud of you all!!!💯💪 by @liveoakjiujitsuacademy

Alex earned her first stripe tonight!!!!! What does a first stripe mean? It means accepting your lost, learning to breath, asking for help, learning your tougher than you thought you were and also more vulnerable than you had ever considered.......but you still kept showing up!!!!! Making friends doesn't hurt and the satisfaction of starting to chain thoughts/moves together becomes addicting!!! Great job Alex!!!! by @liveoakjiujitsuacademy
