$LIVE REVIEW + PHOTOS: MIKA at OVO Arena Wembley, London 12/02/26. In a world that often feels fractured by digital noise and social division, MIKA remains the ultimate architect of connection. His performance at Wembley Arena on February 12, 2026, was a vibrant, mechanical, and deeply human manifesto. This is an artist who doesn’t simply inhabit an era; he creates them in real-time. Whether you were a child there with your parents, a long-time queer fan, or someone who simply fell in love with his music through a “mum recommendation”, Wembley became a space where time, age, and labels ceased to matter. LIVE REVIEW + PHOTOS: Motionless In White at Alexandra Palace, London 14/02/26.

For any fanbase, four years is a serious amount of time to be waiting for new music. Since 2022’s Scoring the End of the World, Motionless in White have left fans hanging, but the wait is over. Latest single, ‘Afraid Of The Dark’ hails the next epoch of the Pennsylvania Goth Metallers and they have thrown all caution to the wind and headed out on a UK and EU tour, solely based on this 4 minutes of new material. They’re keen, we’re keen - bring on the theatrics.

Tokio Hotel at OVO Wembley Arena, London 28/10/26.

This post means SO MUCH to me, this one is for 12 year old Flo.

Tokio Hotel is THE ultimate band that got me into rock music 20+ years ago and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without their music. Such a special night. 💗

LIVE REVIEW + PHOTOS: Alexandra Căpitănescu at the Underworld, London 14/10/26.

Marking the first sold-out international date of her post-Eurovision tour - fresh off earning a phenomenal 3rd place finish for Romania, equalling the highest score in the country’s Eurovision history - Alexandra Căpitănescu’s London stop on October 14 was a statement of intent. For a venue like Underworld that has served as a baptism of fire for countless rock legends over the decades, including Paramore, BMTH, Foo Fighters and Alice in Chains to name a few, the atmosphere inside was electric - a tight-knit room of fans and metalheads crammed in to watch a trailblazer rewrite the rules of modern European heavy music.

LIVE REVIEW + PHOTOS: Tropic Gold at Downstairs at The Dome, London 15/10/26.

Taking the step from perennial support act to selling out the same venues with their own name at the top of the ticket is a pivotal transition for any band. On their debut headline tour across the UK, Tropic Gold got on with proving that they are the direction everyone should be looking, starting with London, Downstairs at the Dome.

LIVE REVIEW + PHOTOS: The HU at UEA, Norwich 11/10/26.

Visiting the legendary UEA in Norwich tonight, to witness The HU rounding off their UK leg of their Warrior Chant Tour. Being brought along for the ride are SKÁLD, making sure that tonight is more throat singing and traditional instruments than what Norwich is normally used to.
