🚴🏽‍♀️ TODAY’S ADVENTURE WAS A WHOLE JOURNEY! 🌴🔥

Today started in Riverview at my storage unit. I hopped on my bike and rode about 10 minutes down the road to catch the bus into Downtown Tampa, by Channelside. 🚌🚴🏽‍♀️

From there, I got on my bike and hit the Tampa Riverwalk 🌊🌴 and enjoyed the ride, the views, and the whole vibe. Then I rode from the Riverwalk over to Ybor City, where I had to stop and treat myself to some avocado toast 🥑🍞 because you can’t ride all those miles on an empty stomach! 😂

After Ybor, I hopped back on the bike and rode all the way to Progress Village, caught the bus again, and then finished the day by getting back on my bike and riding from the bus stop back to my storage unit. 💪🏽

⏰ 4 HOURS of my day
🚴🏽‍♀️ About 2 HOURS actually riding my bike
📏 10.238 miles recorded on my ride
🔥 280 calories burned

And honestly… it wasn’t just a bike ride. It was an ADVENTURE. 🥹❤️

Bus. Bike. Riverwalk. Ybor. Avocado toast. Progress Village. Bus again. Bike again. And somehow I made it all work! 😂🙌🏽

Sometimes you just have to get out, explore your city, and make a day out of it. 🌴🚴🏽‍♀️✨

Eight years ago today, on June 8, 2018, I handed my 5-month-old baby over to a team of surgeons for open-heart surgery. My son weighed only 10 pounds, yet he carried a fight in him bigger than most adults ever will.

As a mother, there are no words to describe the fear of watching your child be wheeled away, not knowing what the next few hours would bring. I remember the tears, the prayers, the anxiety, and the feeling of helplessness as we waited. It was one of the hardest days our family has ever faced.

My sweet MJ was born with Tetralogy of Fallot, but that diagnosis never defined him. That tiny little boy showed us what true strength looks like. He fought through pain, recovery, and every obstacle placed before him with a courage that still amazes me today.

Eight years later, I look at him and see more than my son—I see a miracle. I see a survivor. I see a warrior whose heart has touched so many lives.

Today we celebrate not just a surgery anniversary, but 8 years of strength, resilience, love, and life. Mommy is so proud of you, MJ. Thank you for showing us what it means to never give up.

Please help me wish my heart warrior a very Happy Heart Anniversary! ❤️🫀

Today was a great day we really went on an adventure 😂😂😂Taylor Lawson
Mj loves him his best friend Logan so why not start doing some playdates together ,as single mothers we go through so much but seeing our kids happy is what makes us keep going and being strong for our babies . Today we parked the car in ybor and took a trolley downtown lol 😂 man was it hott and a lot of walking but the kids had fun and it’s memories they will always remember. There was a festival going on so we were able to listen to some music 🎶 and enjoy the vibe than mommy T was able to convince the security guard to allow us in to have some water play because that’s what we really went for .! 😂 I made it happen though lol 😆
Than we took the trolley back to ybor to enjoy some New York style pizza as they call it out here it’s the closest I’ll get to up north pizza lol 😂 🤫#pizzalovers #yborcity #livewittina
Overall it was a great day
Now mommy time soon cause my girl need a night out !! lol 😆

Crazy how I’m no longer at that job, yet my name still stays in y’all mouths. Watching my social media, speaking on me, spreading lies, and continuing to play with my name and livelihood is weird behavior. Leave me alone already.!!

I’ve stayed quiet long enough, but God sees everything. You can try to tear somebody down, lie on them, and do evil behind closed doors, but eventually the truth always comes to light. What’s done in the dark never stays there.

I’m focused on rebuilding, healing, and moving forward. Meanwhile, the obsession and harassment just keeps proving my point. Keep it up if you want to ,God handles people a lot better than I ever could.
Especially someone who states they don’t believe in God well you about to be a believer soon 🤭🥰😂🤣 I’m going to have the last laugh 🤫🫣

My heart warrior
A lot of people may not know this, but my son has been living with his dad for the past year. And honestly, it was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make.it still is 🥹

I had to really look at my situation and think beyond my feelings. I wanted his father to have the opportunity to raise his only son into a good man. I truly believe fathers play a huge role in a boy’s life—teaching him things I simply can’t, guiding him in ways that shape who he becomes.

Some people may not agree with my decision, and that’s okay. But from where I stand, I know it was the right one for him. His dad shows up for him—taking him to school, teaching him responsibility, life skills, and how to carry himself as a young man. No, we may not always get along, but I will always give credit where it’s due—he is a great father.

At the end of the day, I love my children with everything in me. Every decision I make is rooted in what’s best for them, not what’s easiest for me. 💙my only son

Since I was a kid, I always loved his music… so meeting Ginuwine in real life was a full circle moment for me. ✨ya see that koolaidsmile man was I excited

Not only is he talented, but he’s truly a beautiful person inside and out. Opportunities like this remind me that dreams really do come true.
