POSTS STORIES REELS
Hi friends, I'm very excited to share that a show I've been developing for 3 years is ready to be experienced. And it's my first cabaret! "Chicken Nugget & Livia Live (a love story)" is playing for one night only at @thegreenroom42 on Saturday March 9th at 7pm. Directed by John-Andrew Morrison @jandymorri (Tony nominee: A Strange Loop), with musical direction by Drew Wutke @drewwutke (Live At Lincoln Center), the show is an intimate, dark, funny and triumphant story of ambition, addiction, love and redemption told by me Livia with the help of an unlikely, celestial friend named Chicken Nugget. Content warning: this show contains descriptions of sexual assault and alcoholism. ~It's not graphic but I want you to be aware. (PG13) Thank you to my beautiful creative team, The Green Room 42, my loving family, and all of my sweet, wonderful and supportive friends who have helped, encouraged, loved me and given me strength through my recovery for 6 years. This is for you. Tickets for the live show (and streaming!) in bio 🥰🐣🙏🏼🎶💕✨️ Graphic design by Reggan Holland @thereggsnyc 🙏🏼 #nyc #newyorkcity #cabaret #recovery #womenintheatre by @livialand

My wonderful friend @livialand took this photo of my family together, happy. Thank you Livia! The second pic is from an ancient newspaper a friend trash picked on Fire Island…a rendering that closely resembles you-know-who. Epstein survivor Liz Stein responds to Pam Bondi's cruel and DISTURBING appearance before the House Oversight Committee on Feb 11th where she viscously lied, refused to apologize, laughed, and demeaned the survivors in attendance and victims of sexual abuse all over the world. "Epstein was absolutely a monster, but he didn't act alone... and it's not just about us anymore. It's not just about the Epstein case. It's about survivors everywhere. They're watching us. Victims of crime everywhere are watching us. And now we're going to expect victims who are watching us be treated this way, we're going to expect them to talk about what's happened to them? That's a hard ask. But we have a chance to change the conversation and change the narrative, and say, 'You know what? These things happen because we don't talk about them and that's why we need to, no matter how hard it is.' We need to sit with how uncomfortable this is as a nation. Because it's the only way to get past it." by @livialand
Palestinians are starving to death. Please give what you can NOW to underfunded campaigns - link in bio. It's not GoFundMe but VERIFIED. Please please take a moment to do what you can. Immediately. #repost from @ifnotnoworg "Our tradition teaches that any love that does not come with rebuke is not real love. Our love for our Jewish tradition and communities compels us to implore every Jewish institution to raise its voice right now in opposition to the Israeli government's policy of mass extermination by forced starvation in Gaza. We are at a point of no return. Do not remain silent." by @livialand
Excited to announce the official release of @birdermovie (AppleTV+/Fandango) = winner of the Feature Jury prize at Melbourne Queer Film Festival and one of Esquire magazine's 6 Best Sex Movies of 2024. Written by @tummyami and directed by @natedushku, this erotic thriller is a hot V I B E & I'm in a fun scene playing a very horny Karen who hates her husband. Dream role!!!!!!!! #bratsummer 😈🤑💅 Thanks to @tlareleasing, cast, crew, roomies & producers @bobbyblueberry @cdubs_sound @charlottewalters @the_crissy @damarismua @delilahdubois @heck.support @iammichaelemery @imgayforjustin @joeaf710 @louieg121 @ukica and a special shout out to intimacy coordinator pioneer @brookemhaney whose book you should definitely buy!!!!  "Birder has a rough-around-the-edges quality that, while sometimes at odds with contemporary notions of 'quality,' hearkens back to the scrappiness of early-’90s new queer cinema. And like many of those now-classics, Birder is a movie that has as much to say as it does skin to show." --Esquire  #actor #workingactor #independentfilm #queercinema by @livialand

Hi my 10 year old self wants to remind you that I'm debuting my first cabaret show this Saturday night!!! Look at those hopeful eyes! Look at that POPPED collar! Lol I think this must have been a rare day when I was feeling good in the face of relentless bullying for being "weird" despite my desperate efforts to fit in. During this show I talk about this time in my life, along with getting sober during the Trump administration, and finally finding the love I was always looking for. (I promise, it's 100% NOT what you think!) Make sure to grab your tickets ASAP ~ you don't want to miss your chance to experience this special event.
