Introducing, Mindset in Motion

Becoming the best version of you.

We’re so excited to finally announce our upcoming event, Mindset in Motion. A day dedicated to slowing down, moving with intention and investing in yourself, from the inside out.

Brought to you by Living Better x Brogan, we’ve created an experience that ties together the skin, body, mind and movement, with one shared goal: helping you become the best version of yourself.

Two sessions. One shared purpose.

To give more women the opportunity to join us, we’ll be hosting two identical sessions throughout the day, each offering the full Mindset in Motion experience.

Sunday 15th November

♡ Morning session | 11:00 AM

♡ Afternoon session | 2:30 PM

Simply choose whichever time aligns best with your schedule. Both sessions will include everything we’ve thoughtfully put together.

A little insight into what we’ve got planned..

♡ A little self-care kit, carefully curated from us to you.

You’ll be welcomed with your very own self-care kit, filled with little luxuries. Each item has been chosen with intention to support you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

♡ Living Better begins within. Feel good, look good, with Liv.

An open and honest conversation, exploring the connection between our internal wellbeing and external appearance, and how taking care of ourselves from the inside can positively influence how you feel on the outside.

♡ Mindful movement, with Brogan.

We’ll put what we’ve learnt into practice with a guided reformer Pilates class, flowing into calming breathwork to help us slow down, reconnect and reset.

♡ More than just movement, with Brogan.

Brogan will share her insights into the importance of movement and how it supports our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, bringing our conversations full circle.

♡ A moment for reflection.

With your exclusive Living Better x Brogan notebook, we’ll take a moment to reflect, writing down three things we’ve taken from the experience and three things we’re grateful for in our lives overall.

♡ Connection, community & a little something extra.

We’ll finish with time to connect with like-minded women, capture some by @livingbetter_uk

The hard truth about picking…

My client came to me for the first time back in March

Her main concern being the ‘breakouts’ she was experiencing

My main concern though? The wounding caused by picking those breakouts

This is something I see far too often

A client will come in concerned about acne, redness, etc

But the breakouts are actually next to non existent, and the inflammation they are seeing is actually wounding caused by picking the skin, popping blemishes, etc

By coming to see me, finally understanding the root cause of her main concern, eliminating bad habits, and incorporating an at home routine tailored to supporting her skin…

This is my client after seeing me twice.

The first time was back in March, then the second time being April

This photo is from September, the third time my client came into clinic

In clinic treatments are 20% of your result

But that at home consistency? That’s 80%, and in my opinion, the most important part

From wounding with picking, to controlled wounding with MicroNeedling

On the 3rd treatment in!

MicroNeedling will support the health and hydration of the skin, the production of collagen, will minimise the appearance of enlarged pores, elimination of any scarring, healing of post inflammatory erythema, and of course, will provide unmatched radiance.

1st treatment

3rd treatment

MicroNeedling is always the end goal for me as it is truly an unbeatable, all rounder treatment.

To begin your journey towards Living Better, you can book your appointment via the link in my bio.

My personal recommendation? Book our ‘Consult + At-Home Protocol + 1st Treatment’ option.

This is everything you need to move forward.

So, don’t procrastinate it, don’t put it off any longer, let’s get you Living Better. I’ll see you very soon. 🤍 by @livingbetter_uk

From no ticket at all, to a part of the team behind the scenes 🥺🍀

I was in Cannes, but still set an alarm to get my ticket.. the time difference messed it all up and I missed out :(

But I have a serious case of lucky girl syndrome so the universe made sure I made it.. This time, as a model AND a member! 🥹

Surrounded by like-minded, successful women.

Thank you so much to Sophie, Paige & April for everything on Sunday. Feeling so so so grateful.

PD is on the rise, & I’m here to put a stop to it.

Some can’t recognise it.

Some have never seen it.

Some have never even heard of it.

By ‘some’, I’m referring to clients, but I’m also aware that this inflammatory skin condition is a bit of a mystery amongst practioners too.

I am aiming to educate my audience on Perioral Dermatitis (PD), so that if it does ever happen to show up, you wouldn’t panic, you’ll just return back to this post, and reach out for some support. ❤️

My client came in to merely treat the milia beneath his eyes..

4 weeks later & we’ve not only minimised the milia, but healed the majority of his facial eczema too

One treatment, one protocol, four weeks.

Not only are things looking so much better, but they’re feeling so much better too.. because I don’t treat skin simply for cosmetic purposes, I prioritise the health of your skin, body and mind overall.

& that’s what sets me apart.

He thought there was nothing that could be done for the eczema, so simply came in for milia removal..

1 session in & the milia has minimised, but his eczema has significantly improved too.

This is healing. This is Living Better.

Day one: now let’s skip to 1 month down the line..

1 month, 1treatment, & 1 protocol later. Truly Living Better.

If you want to begin your journey to living better, you can book that initial appointment via the link in my bio.

It really is that easy.

I hope to see you and your skin soon, let’s get you living better ❤️ by @livingbetter_uk

My clients wanted a Cannes recap, so here she is…

In ALL her glory.

Genuinely one of my most favourite trips, and I’ve been here there and everywhereee. 🤣🍀

Gorgeous weather, good wine, and great company with my @em.willz !!! 🥹

So lucky to be self employed at such a young age, to be able to enjoy experiences like this whenever I like, with women I meet through work, and to be a Skin Specialist that gets stopped in the street by strangers to say ‘your skin is like glass’. 😂🥹

Feeling so grateful. ✨

A great start to a great trip

Living Better caught in Cannes

I still see the Carlton in my dreams, she was stunning

My first mistake was believing I’d be able to keep up with Em, the wine connoisseur

I enjoyed the olives & nut selection though x

My second mistake was the tequila, goes down a treat, comes back to terrorise you later x

FYI, as a very occasional drinker, I’m still recovering from this trip 😔

Cured with coffee, fruit platters & skinny fries

A beautiful evening, but I must’ve ‘beautiful back’ atleast 100 times x

I owe it all to Miss @coachedbybrogan_

La Guerite was bloody fantastic, and we only booked it 2 days before lmao

A lovely little dinner before dancing the night away with our new girl group 🤣🥹 The sweetest souls ever!!

(I did not touch the tequila, I was traumatised)

Woke up feeling super fresh, went on a walk and got some sun whilst searching for matcha. DREAM DATE.

The airport trip on the way home was WILD, we had a bomb threat (sooo scary), but didn’t stop me from showing up and smashing my 7am gym sesh the next morning though thank god x

You’ve gotta laugh or you’ll cry I guess 🤣😆

The best trip with the best company ✨

Love you all the world 🥹🥹🥹

P.s. when’s the next trip please x by @livingbetter_uk

I want more, so I have to do more… 👩🏼‍💻

The purpose of this series is not to simply display ‘a day in my life’, but to show how I utilise my time to make the most of my day, everyday.

Starting as I mean to go on 💭📝✨

Hot sculpting in @the___1.1.1 🪩💃🏼🏋🏼‍♂️

Feeling sculpted thanks to @jessicawestfitness 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

Such a little safe space @noworriesmcr 🥺☕️🏡

The highlight of my day, a hyrox with my girls at @gorilla_warfare_salford

I get to train, spend time with my friends, & see my Dad, all in one. Perfect ❤️

The best electrolytes I’ve ever tried @balanceclubuk 🥤

Meeting up with my favourite girl at my favourite spot @mollies_manchester ☕️👩🏼‍💻💼

Everytime I see Em we always have such good news to exchange, it’s always good vibes with us two. 🥺

We’re just a pair of ambitious young women living our dream lives x

We met at an invite only event, & now we take each other to them. Talk about pouring into one another! 🥹

We’re so excited for this one…

@iso_clean X @shred.fast at @carbonpadelclub 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

Of course we had to stop for matcha 🤭🍵✨

We sat and debriefed Em’s birthday plans for this weekend, and shared our outfit inspo’s because we wanna match

But today we also realised that where we’re heading for her birthday is where we first met, a true FULL CIRCLE moment 🥺

Act like the person you wanna become!

I was running low on time

I had 30 minutes to get home but the maps estimated 45

It was cold

I was scared it may rain

I still walked x

I still made it to work on time

AND, I didn’t spike my cortisol

This is what a healed nervous system looks like

If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to listen to this podcast @melrobbins

I love music

Probably more than your average person

I really listen to and take in every lyric

But that isn’t always a positive thing

Because the music I listen to isn’t always positive

So, I swapped it out

Like I said, acting like the person I want to become

That’s not to say I’ll never pop my playlist on every now and again

I’m still a die hard Rod Wave fan (my wellness audience is going to think what the helly 🤣🥲😣)

But for now, as I take the steps to become the best by @livingbetter_uk
