I was already getting beautiful results with face massage.

But I could see there was more I wanted to understand, more I wanted to offer and more reasons I wanted my clients to choose me.

That’s what pushed me to take my face work further.

And it’s exactly what I want to share with you.

More knowledge, more confidence and more ways to help your clients through your hands.

We could tell you what Living Lek’ko is.

We’d rather let the people who’ve experienced it do that for us.

Thank you for every review, every recommendation and every kind word. We never take them for granted. by @livinglekko

If you’ve just found Living Lek’ko, welcome 🌿

This page is for people who’ve become so good at carrying everything that they’ve forgotten what their body is supposed to feel like.

Here you’ll find honest conversations about pain, tension, ageing, nervous system regulation and the connection between your body and your face. You’ll also get a glimpse behind the scenes of our little studio, the people who make it what it is, and yes… probably a few appearances from Taco too.

Whether you’re looking for relief, a moment to breathe, or simply somewhere you’ll feel genuinely cared for, I’m really glad you’re here.

I hope this page feels like home.

B🍈🍈bs, bellies, fingers in strangers’ mouths.

Somehow I’ve made an entire career out of this.

Even better, because somewhere along the way, I’ve helped people feel better in their bodies, find relief, feel safe, and experience what it means to be properly looked after.

I like to think that somewhere, generations of my Slavic ancestors are watching me make a living with my hands, looking after people, and going:

FUCK YES. THAT’S OUR GIRL. 🧙 ✨ by @livinglekko

Sometimes I genuinely can’t believe I get to do this for a living.

The people who trust me to look after them. The therapists who trust me to teach them.

Getting to do work I love so fucking much, and seeing how much it means to others.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop feeling grateful for all of it. ❤️ by @livinglekko

I have such a soft spot for women who struggle to ask for help. Or there’s noone around to ask.

The ones who are so used to doing everything themselves, thinking of everyone else, organising, planning, making sure everything gets done.

And I love that when they come to us, they can finally put all of that down.

You don’t have to tell us how to look after you. You don’t have to justify why you need it. You don’t have to make another hundred decisions.

You can just lie down, let yourself be held, and allow someone else to take care of you for a change.

We’ll take it from there. ❤️ by @livinglekko

You know that feeling when you’ve been carrying so much tension that even your face feels stiff?

Your forehead, your temples, your jaw. Everything feels heavy, restricted, and your face starts looking as tired as you’ve been feeling.

And sometimes it’s frustrating because you just don’t feel like yourself when you look in the mirror.

I know that feeling myself. And even though I know how to massage my own face, sometimes I just want to lie down and have someone else do the bloody work.

That’s what I love about Face Sculpting.

Someone taking their time, working through all those tiny restrictions, helping your face move freely again.

So you can leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, with a face that feels and looks a little more like you again.

There is this weird mindfuck that seems to kick in around 40.

You start noticing your face changing. Sometimes quite quickly.

And suddenly your Instagram feed is full of Botox, fillers, lasers, skin boosters and another 15 things you apparently should have started five years ago.

Everyone looks bloody incredible, and you’re wondering if you’ve somehow missed the memo.

Do I need to do something? Do I even want to? Am I happy ageing naturally?

And if you’ve had children later in life, the hormonal changes, lack of sleep and sheer exhaustion can make it all feel even more noticeable.

But here’s something I’ve noticed from speaking to women in our treatment room.

Most aren’t particularly bothered about looking younger.

They just don’t want to look so bloody exhausted all the time.

And this is where our hands-on facial massage treatments can make such a difference.

We work on releasing tension in your face, jaw, scalp, neck and chest, helping your face feel lighter, less tight and look fresher and more rested.

Quite often, our clients get off the treatment bed looking like they’ve had the most glorious beauty nap.

And while we’re looking after your face, your whole body gets a chance to properly rest too. Some clients tell us they’ve never been so relaxed in their lives.

Whether you choose aesthetic medicine, prefer to keep things natural, or haven’t got a fucking clue yet, this kind of work can be part of looking after yourself.

If you’re after a fresher face and some serious rest, I’d recommend Kobido, Face Sculpting or our 2-hour Signature treatment.

All available to book at LEK’KO. ❤️ by @livinglekko

Every time I finish teaching a course, I think I couldn’t possibly love teaching any more than I already do. And somehow, with every course, I fall in love with it a little bit more.

This weekend was no exception.

What I love most is that teaching never feels one-sided. My students challenge me, ask brilliant questions and constantly show me new ways of looking at things.

And the feedback that stays with me most is when someone tells me they finally understand something they’ve struggled with before. That they felt calm and confident learning. That they didn’t feel rushed.

Or that they’ve finally found a way of working that feels like THEM.

There are so many different ways to teach and practise manual therapy. I know what kind of work I believe in, and it makes me ridiculously happy when people come to learn from me and discover that it’s exactly what they’ve been looking for too.

Sometimes it feels like something just unlocks in them. They leave with a clearer idea of the therapist they want to become, and I honestly can’t think of anything more rewarding.

To everyone who spent the weekend with me, thank you. For your trust, curiosity, enthusiasm and for making me a better teacher.

I fucking love what I do. ❤️

How to become your massage therapist’s favourite client? 😎

Well, here’s the thing. All these little tips are actually for YOU.

Because we want you to have the absolute best experience when you come to see us.

We want you to properly switch off, get comfortable, have that glorious nap and enjoy every minute of being looked after.

And sometimes it’s the smallest, least obvious things that make the biggest difference.

Of course, we’d LOVE it if you followed these tips. Nothing makes us happier than seeing someone completely switch off and enjoy their treatment.

But please, don’t turn this into another list of things you need to get right.

Your massage isn’t another bloody thing you need to optimise.

Come as you are. We’ll look after you.

And for the love of God, if you need a pee halfway through, JUST TELL US 😆

Which one had you never thought about before? by @livinglekko

You look in the mirror and your face just looks tired. Even when you’ve slept.

Your eyes look puffy, your jaw feels tight, your face looks heavier than it used to.

You’d love to look fresher, feel better and see a bit more definition, but the last thing you need is another 10-step routine to keep up with.

That’s where we come in.

Our 90-minute Face Sculpting treatment works with your face, jaw, scalp, neck and chest. Releasing tension, supporting lymphatic drainage and working with the tissues that influence how your face feels and looks.

And while we’re doing all that?

You’re lying on a heated bed, under a duvet, with absolutely nothing expected of you.

You can want to look good AND desperately need a proper rest.

We can look after both.
