Ask me where my phone is? Honestly, check the fridge. 🙃 Ask me if that kitchen remodel will pay off when you sell, or what the rental down the street could bring in? I’ve already done the math. Organized? Debatable. Obsessed with helping you make smart moves? Always. Buying, selling, or investing? DM me “NUMBERS” and let’s run yours. 📊 #RealEstateInvesting #RealEstate #HomeSelling #RealtorLife #InvestmentProperty by @livingwithelyy

Every buyer I talk to right now says some version of the same thing: "I'd move, but I can't give up my rate."

I get it. But that's usually not actually true.

You can keep your current home as a rental and let the income offset your new payment. Sellers are often more willing to negotiate a rate buydown than drop their price. And a good lender can walk you through options most people don't even know exist.

Giving up your house and giving up your rate don't have to be the same decision. Most of the time, there's a path that keeps more of what you already have.

If your rate has been the thing holding you back, let's actually look at your options before you assume there aren't any.

📲 DM "MOVE" and let's talk.

It never feels like work when a first-time buyer cries in the driveway.

Happy tears. I still tear up too.

You forget, doing this every day, that for them it's not just a transaction. It's years of saving, waiting, wondering if it would ever actually happen — and then it does, and it hits all at once, standing in a driveway that's suddenly theirs.

Those are the moments that remind me why I do this. Not the paperwork, not the negotiations, not the late-night calls. This.

If you're saving for your first home and wondering if it's even possible right now — let's talk. I'd love to help you get to your own driveway moment.
