We have been on so many amazing adventures together over the last 7 years of marriage, but this one will always have a special place in my heart. Spending the last week of quality time on our “Babymoon” laughing, exploring, being our silly selves, & having long talks & prayers about all things baby Shores—things we can’t wait to do with him, how we can do our best to show him love, maintain open, healthy communication, instill good values in him, be his biggest cheerleaders, & lead him to the Lord in moments of joy & in sorrow. We’ll be figuring it out as we go like everyone else, but I feel comfort & confidence in the strong foundation we have. These precious moments preparing for this next chapter together have brought tears to my eyes on multiple occasions at the thought of how incredibly blessed we are that God made us a team. T H A N K F U L ! This Summer we went to Charleston & top on my to-do list was family pics with @elenajamesonphoto . These embody so much that I am thankful for & I will cherish every memory made with this family of mine forever. I am so in love with these boys. Just a glimpse at Shores and tears fill my eyes with disbelief that he is ours. I am so undeserving of these blessings, but so grateful the Lord saw me fit to be their wife & Mama. Shellie, I’ll never forget the first time I met you in 6th grade at @msgymofdreamsgymnastics. Duane moved us up to the “big girl” squad & we were on cloud 9.🤸🏼‍♀️ I’ve loved you ever since.💕 Baby Vivian, we cannot wait to meet you—I know it’ll be love at first sight the same way it was with your mama🎀
