@ianstrong23 does a great job winning on this deep stop w/ aggressive body language + a violent throwby.

The best part of the rep is the circle back through the reception to not only ensure the DB doesn’t win the race to the catch point, but he creates a big YAC opportunity.

Proud of you, keep going.

First career touchdown for @ch1efhud - to make it a two score game at Villanova.

Execution is flawless from release to reception.

Couldn't be prouder of you Chief.

Full Speed YAC!! @_rorymcdermott
The standard for slant versus access

220 lbs keeping stride and speed through the reception = explosives.

Proud of you, Rory. Keep going.

The same player who leads the entire country in receiving, plays like this without the ball.

Summer 2026 Complete
Year 7 of Long Island WR Academy

Summer Log:
98 College Sessions
84 High School Sessions
24 NFL Sessions
6 Rutgers Sessions
6 Westchester Sessions
30 Team Training Sessions (5 teams)
248 Total Sessions over 13 Weeks

It’s normal to want to scale. I’ve heard that it’s common practice to work less in the business.

Fuck that.

This is what I love to do; this is who I am. I want to be on the field coaching as much as possible. It’s the only way to grow as a coach. Every session is a new opportunity to problem-solve. Every session is an opportunity to grow with the athletes I am fortunate to coach.

There is a standard here, and it takes a specific type of human to want to be a part of what we do because the standard is always protected; no matter who, no matter what.

I am forever grateful for every athlete, and every parent of those athletes, who chooses to spend their time with us. I am forever grateful for the relationships we continue to build. I have love for each and every one of you, and I love and am proud of each of you for your commitment.

Consistency is hard, but it’s the only way.

The blade is forged. Time to go.
