I CRIED WHEN THIS HAPPENED! Has it ever happened to you? You reach for your favorite spring pants, only to find they’re too tight. It happened to me recently, and I won’t lie, it brought me to tears. I workout hard and eat clean... or so I thought. After my pity party, I realized I hadn’t followed my routine like I should have. April’s miserable weather was my excuse, but the truth is, I made terrible choices and slacked off. I was amazed at how quickly my body reacted! I reminded myself: In order to see change I have to get up and do something. I don’t need to be perfect. I just need to make a move. Now, I’m embarking on a 150-day Shed & Shred journey—shedding what doesn’t serve me and getting back to what does. MY GOAL: 17% body fat and stronger, leaner muscles. This journey is about intense workouts, clean eating, and mental resilience. I’m back to my balanced diet, reducing alcohol, and have hired a trainer to hit my goals. Reaching for those tight pants was the wake-up call I needed to refocus on my health and fitness. This journey is not just about physical changes, but mental and emotional growth too. My challenge for you: Today - just make one move. COMMENT: “Move” if you got up and made one positive change. SHARE: with a sister that needs to hear this.
