16 years with you, in any city, in any lifetime or version of us. . . I’d still choose you 🀎 #ichooseyou #thankgod #everythinghallelujah #wifelife by @liz.friesen
We’ve been home from New York for a few days now, and honestly… I’ve had a hard time putting this experience into words. For years, I have watched Addison dance on stages, compete, work hard in school, step outside of her comfort zone, and pour her whole heart into the things she loves. I’ve been proud of her more times than I could ever count. But watching her walk in New York Fashion Week was different. I wasn’t expecting the emotion that hit me watching my little girl walk that runway in New York City. Maybe it was the atmosphere, the bright lights, maybe it was seeing her step into her confidence, maybe it was watching her take in a moment in a city that she’ll remember forever. Or maybe it was just one of those momma moments where you realize, β€œholy buckets… I’m so proud of who she’s becoming.” NYFW is unbelievably crazy, chaotic and amazing all at once. Getting to experience it alongside my sweet girl made it even more magical. A huge thank you to Momma Boss Swimwear for giving us this incredible opportunity and asking us to be part of your vision. Getting to walk was such an honor, but getting to share that moment with my daughter is something I will forever hold close to my heart. 🫢🏼 @mommabossswim @runway7fashion @kromaportraitstudios @newmexicofashion #nyfw #nyc #fashionweek #momlife #unforgetable by @liz.friesen
Still trying to find the words for this one. 🀍 In just a few weeks, I’ll have the incredible honor of walking in New York Fashion Week with @mommabossswim and Runway 7. What makes this opportunity so special is the woman behind the brand. The owner of Momma Boss Swim is someone I admire deeply. She leads with a servant heart, encourages the women around her to be bold and confident in their skin, she works so dang hard, and is every bit as beautiful on the inside as she is on the out. It’s been inspiring to watch her build something so meaningful. Never in a million years did I imagine I’d have the chance to be part of such a prestigious event, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been invited to walk alongside so many strong, talented women and in the presence of extraordinary artists. Thank you for this unforgettable opportunity. I can’t wait to represent Momma Boss Swim and Runway 7 as we celebrate all of the amazing work that’s gone into this upcoming collection. New York… here we come. βœ¨πŸ—½ For more information on purchasing tickets please dm me NYFW 🫢🏼 #NYFW #MommaBossSwim #GratefulHeart #WomenSupportingWomen #NewYorkFashionWeek by @liz.friesen

2026 - The Year of the Fire Horse 🐎πŸ”₯ The Lunar New Year has always symbolized renewal… but this one feels different. In Chinese tradition, the Horse represents strength, independence, momentum, and fearless forward motion. And when the element of Fire aligns with the Horse? It only comes around once every 60 years. Rare. Bold. Unstoppable. This isn’t a year for shrinking. It’s a year for movement. For courage. For stepping fully into who you were created to be. The Lunar New Year is about intention. It’s about clearing what was, honoring the lessons, and charging forward with purpose. In 2026, I’m choosing to: ✨ Be bold in my decisions ✨ Refine my discipline ✨ Move with confidence ✨ Trust the fire God placed inside of me Just faith, focus, and forward momentum. If this is the Year of the Horse… then I’m riding with strength and intention. Here’s to courage. Here’s to growth. Here’s to becoming better. 🀎 by @liz.friesen

The truth is I’ve never met a more incredible human. The most caring husband, the one who makes everyone laugh and legitimately makes friends everywhere we go.
