We’ve been home from New York for a few days now, and honestly… I’ve had a hard time putting this experience into words.

For years, I have watched Addison dance on stages, compete, work hard in school, step outside of her comfort zone, and pour her whole heart into the things she loves. I’ve been proud of her more times than I could ever count.

But watching her walk in New York Fashion Week was different. I wasn’t expecting the emotion that hit me watching my little girl walk that runway in New York City. Maybe it was the atmosphere, the bright lights, maybe it was seeing her step into her confidence, maybe it was watching her take in a moment in a city that she’ll remember forever. Or maybe it was just one of those momma moments where you realize, “holy buckets… I’m so proud of who she’s becoming.”

NYFW is unbelievably crazy, chaotic and amazing all at once. Getting to experience it alongside my sweet girl made it even more magical.

A huge thank you to Momma Boss Swimwear for giving us this incredible opportunity and asking us to be part of your vision. Getting to walk was such an honor, but getting to share that moment with my daughter is something I will forever hold close to my heart. 🫶🏼
