**Later is a dangerous word.**

So I’m trying to stop waiting for the “right” time.

To make the painting.
To be brave.
To take the chance.
To do the thing I keep saying I’ll do *later*.

Because sometimes **later becomes never.**

What are you waiting for? ❤️

Big News...
There are now six framed prints available on my website. Only 6 remaining, and when they are gone, they are gone.

These are digital artworks that I made with Procreate. They were made at the same time as my WILD STYLE collection was coming together inspired by my muse KIRA WILD and by the geometric patterns of 1960s textiles and wallpaper.

I had to resist the urge to make everything pixel-perfect, embracing the slight misalignments and faded edges that I believe give fine art its human touch.

Art is more than my job or later-life career; it’s my obsession, and nothing makes me happier than knowing someone loves my work enough to give it a home.

Which colourway is your favorite?❤️

It's not about cars, clothes or clout. Influence means nothing.

Helping somebody to grow
The legacy you leave won't be measured by what you had but by who you helped.
Real power is when your presence inspires action.

When your story sparks change.
When your content shifts someone's mindset and helps them to unlock a new level.
You want to be remembered.

Make people feel seen.
Make people feel heard.
Share what you've learned.
Lift others as you climb.

The impact you make on others will outlive every material thing you chase.
That's the difference between popularity and purpose.

You weren't just called to win, you were called to lead, and real leaders build more leaders. That's the Flex.

This little painting came out of an ongoing experiment — pushing and pulling between familiar techniques, new ideas and simply seeing what happens when I stop trying to make everything “right”.

It was inspired by the orchid on my kitchen windowsill, a plant that was given to me when my son was born and still flowers twice a year, 16 years later.

It’s part of my Kitchen Tabletop Mini Collection — small paintings made on my very paint-splattered kitchen table.

No pristine studio.
No precious perfection.
Just paint, experimentation and a willingness to paint over the bits that aren't working.

Because that's part of making art too.

8 paintings started. 5 survived.

The other 3? I painted over them.

Because sometimes you have to be willing to kill your darlings. 😈

From acrylics to oils! This underpainting started as a sketch, left intentionally unfinished. Some love the raw sketch, but it's time to finish it. #artistsoftiktok #oilpainting #acrylicpainting #artprocess #workinprogress #paintingprogress #ReelsOfInstagram #ArtJourney by @lizdeesart

Not every painting makes it.

This little piece is one of just 5 survivors from an original 8 paintings I started as an experiment in colour, technique and letting go.

It was inspired by the orchid on my kitchen windowsill — a plant that was given to me when my son was born and, 16 years later, still flowers twice a year. 🌿

It’s part of my **Kitchen Tabletop Mini Collection** — small paintings made on my very un-posh, very paint-splattered kitchen table.

No fancy studio. No pristine workspace. Just paint, experimentation, houseplants and a table that has definitely seen better days. 😂

And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This rag doll, a childhood toy with a plastic face and hands, hangs in my studio, waiting to dry. It's a mystery how long it will take—weeks, days, who knows? #ArtProcess #StudioLife #WorkInProgress #CreativeJourney #ArtistOnInstagram #ReelsOfInstagram #ArtReels #ChildhoodMemories by @lizdeesart
