Round 2 in Gainesville. Couldn't have worked out better having all my boys together and jules to celebrate Nolan's 18th bday with a UF vs SC game. No one saw that outcome coming (except Connor) You were a good sport as always Nolan. Miss you already. I'll be back soon! #gators #gamecocks by @lizfern79

Great time visiting Connor in South Carolina. Tailgating with the Pike Familes and first and last visit to the frat lots (aka the Boardy barn on steroids). Typical gamecocks couldn't pull it off. Round two in Florida coming up! @connorfernandez_ @quinnfern9 by @lizfern79

Think you have to be a runner to take SABSA RUN? Think again.

SABSA RUN is our new take on one of dimensionaltraining’s most popular classes—SABSA.

We’re combining strength, running mechanics, conditioning, and movement to help you become a stronger, more powerful, and more efficient runner.

You’ll strengthen your hips, build your glutes, and learn how to activate your glutes while you run.

You’ll build strength to increase your power—so every stride can become stronger and more efficient. You’ll work on your running form, learn how to pace yourself, and practice improving your pace over time.

Because running isn’t just about putting one foot in front of the other.

It’s about strength.
It’s about power.
It’s about stability.
It’s about efficiency.

And it’s about learning how to push yourself without burning yourself out.

Whether you’re training for your next race, looking to improve your running, or you simply want to get stronger and try something new…

SABSA RUN is for you.

Run stronger.
Run smarter.
Get faster.

First day back teaching our Classic Style FGLG Class @dimensionaltraining and I must tell you these guys really missed me as much as I loved teaching. i always remind participants to make sure they practice the FGLG disciplines prior to taking. I have always used this class to gauge how well we communicate with our bodies and its movements. I believe movement signifies life and how well you move is the best indication of how healthy your patterns are. #iamdimensional #fglg #dimensionaltraining #gardencityfitness by @lizfern79

I remember a photo many years ago of Corey Everson and olympic track runner that impressed me about strength, beauty and grace. I’ve since applied so much of my @dimensionaltraining teachings based on elongated muscle that has a balance for its function of the body as a whole. My biggest motto is that you are only as strong as your weakest link. When i teach or speak today i always use this analogy to communicate a well balanced physique. #fglglife #fglg #iamdimensional #feelgoodlookgood by @lizfern79

Life is like kayaking—you can either surrender to the current, or you can keep pushing through and fighting. 🛶

Nolan, you chose to keep fighting.

You are truly one of the most determined and hardworking people I know. You’ve always known what you wanted, and you never gave up—whether it was school, sports, working hard to earn your own money, or always making sure your mom was taken care of. ❤️

You’ve always been the peacemaker of our family and the voice of reason when everyone else needed it. Watching you grow into the kind, generous, respectful, loving man you are today has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

And now, the time has come for you to go out on your own. You worked SO hard to get here, and I couldn’t be more proud. And I know dad is beyond proud as well. UF was always your top choice, and they are so lucky to have you. 🐊💙🧡

We already miss you more than you know, but seeing you find your new home and start this next chapter makes my heart so full. You deserve every opportunity to grow, experience life, chase your dreams, and live your absolute best life.

Keep fighting. Keep pushing. Keep being YOU.

Go make us proud, Nolan. Although, somehow, I already know you will. ❤️

We love you more than words can say. Now go make some memories! 🎓🛶💙🧡 by @lizfern79
