That’s a wrap on Q1 2025! Winter isn’t everyone’s favorite, but I love the mind set of a fresh start. I celebrated another year around the sun and spent the last few months enjoying a lot of basketball, watching old movies, and playing games of darts. I told myself 40 was gonna be my year of yes 🙌🏻. And man was it ever a year! From Key West 🌴to London 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (and all the places in between), with some of my absolute favorite people, it was a year I’ll never forget. And it certainly was a year I desperately needed after 2023. I surprised myself with how “normal” I started to feel and how distant the prior year seemed to be. I’m so thankful to have my health 💪🏻, my friends (old and new) 👯, and ability to do things I ❤️. Here’s to the next year! Still working on my mantra, but thinking maybe it might be the year of balance 😎 . by @lizurso

October might have been the most social month of my life 😆. From opening weekend of Keeneland 🏇, to 4 concerts in 8 days 🎸, an amazing Blink weekend 💡, and (finally?) wrapping up C-change 🎓. Maybe I’ll get some sleep now that it’s November. by @lizurso
