Almost exactly two years ago, I had the joy of photographing my friends Liz & Stephen as they waited to welcome their little one into the world — and now, two years on, they have a beautiful daughter who’s lighting up their lives 💛

Looking back at this session, I’m reminded why I love what I do. My passion has always been to tell a story through light — to capture the feeling in a fleeting moment, and the quiet anticipation of what’s to come.

I can’t believe it’s one year already!
Every day with you has been a blessing, from the moment I knew about you I knew I would love you with my whole heart, but loving you with my whole heart cannot sufficiently describe the love I feel for you.
You make me happy, your smile warms my heart, you laugh soothes me, and just knowing you exist gives me pleasure.
I love you my darling daughter.
God bless the day you were born, God bless all the days of your life. May He continue to order your steps, may you grow in wisdom, beauty, knowledge of the Lord, favour with God and man. May your light shine, and shine brighter until the perfect day. May God bless your going out and coming in Jesus name. I pray that you will fulfil destiny, I pray that you will work in God’s purpose for your life in Jesus name.

What a year! 2023 brought me one of my greatest blessings (my beautiful daughter Ziora) and I am most grateful.

Cheers to the end of this chapter 🥂, looking forward to the beginning of another glorious year.

A song for you Mama 😇🪽

If I was to sum up the last 15years, I’d say it’s been a journey. A journey of self discovery, and improvement and so much more.
I have known pain, at least in the early part.
The pain of losing you set me on a journey of discovery, a journey to find happiness, I dabbled in so many things but nothing filled that void till I met Jesus. The joy I have in Him compares to no other, and you know, joy taste so much better when you’ve tasted pain.
So, while I’m sad you’re not with us, I rejoice that God used my pain to bring me to him.
I know you’re definitely resting in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Till we meet again Mama 🤍🤍🤍
