It’s time to brag about Max! Max’s baseball season ended on Monday. They lost the championship game by 1 run! It was a FANTASTIC game! The Guardians played their hearts out on Monday and all season long! Max had a great season! He grew so much as a player and played with a great group of boys!

And tonight we went and watched him rock out at his orchestra concert! He rocked the bass tonight! He loves playing the double bass even if it is bigger than him! #proudmom #littlemanmax #isnotsolittleanymore #slappinthebass #orchestralife by @lizzcard

🚨 400 CLUB ALERT 🚨

WOW!!! Look at what you have accomplished Liz! You radiate with Joy and we could not be more proud of you. Completing 400 classes is already an accomplishment in itself, but the weight loss transformation is INCREDIBLE!

Testimony Time:

“I joined F45 Klein when it first opened 3 years ago, not really knowing just how much it would change me. I started out all in, showing up for myself every day, until a knee injury forced me to slow down. At the time, it was frustrating—but looking back, it taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of truly taking care of my body.

When I was ready, I came back stronger mentally, not just physically. And I didn’t do it alone. Walking back into the studio felt like coming home. The encouragement, the energy, the people, it reminded me why I started in the first place. This community never let me feel like I was starting over… just picking up where I left off.

Now, 400 classes later, one challenge win down, and 50 pounds gone, I can honestly say this journey has been about so much more than weight loss. It’s been about rebuilding confidence, celebrating small wins, and learning to appreciate how far I’ve come. I feel stronger, healthier, and more like myself than ever before.

To my gym family, THANK YOU for pushing me, supporting me, and reminding me what I’m capable of, even on the days I doubted it. And to myself—I’m proud I didn’t quit.
