Never underestimate the power of someone who has lived through hell but still chooses to focus on the light 🤍🧚✨

Looking forward to warmer weather and spring to be here.

This video is from years and years ago, I only share about 1% of my experiences here. Need to share more, this video is visually appealing because of how sunny and bright it was. Almost like I’m in heaven!

Listen tho to the whispers of the fire, that’s the best part about this video. You can’t tell because it’s so bright out but these wicks are rather large.

Poi is my least practiced flow art and this was my first burn trying this move on fire. Skin was lost. Since then I don’t use metal chains on my fire poi, instead kevlar rope. Hahaha

Take a moment to breathe and focus on something you’re thankful for. Get outside in nature. There is still beauty in this world. we must realize that this is spiritual warfare. That the war is between good and evil not just in others but in ourselves. It’s okay to be sad. Reacting tho from a space of hate or fear only means you’re allowing evil to prevail. Love, light, and empathy.

Not all meanings are ment to be clear all at once. Some ideas take time. Some words, thoughts, and revelations are designed to lead us on inner journeys, with truth hidden deep inside them. To create keeps our spirit from being lost in the formless fog. To create keeps our body grounded in present so we can reach the new levels of understanding. *recycled old lights I had laying around to light up an art sculpture a friend made me a long while back. I am a green fairy, green is my color, oh and rainbow of corse. #grouding #fairy #sadness #hope #yin #create #spirit #unconditionallove #boundaries #love #clarity #wisdom #ledart #healing #confusion #sparkle #oracle by @lizzsparkle

Balance is the key. In everything you do. Dance all night long and practice yoga the next day.
Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear high heels on Saturday and walk barefoot on Sunday. Live high and low. Move fast and stay still.
Embrace all sides of who you are.
Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence, patience, modesty and peace.
Aim for balance. Make your own rules and follow your own path and don’t let anybody try to define you.

A discovery that perplexes scientists to this day is If you label petri dishes of water with positive and negative words & emotions.
Some labelled “Love” and others, “Hate”.
Water thats labelled with positive intentions and then frozen, the water droplets form perfect hexagonal shapes & sacred geomtry, and the frozen water that is labelled negatively will be blurry and unsymetrical.
Proof that our thoughts and emotions can change the molecular structure of water.
....Of corse the average human is 50% -70% water.
