I started this page to help midlife women to feel more confident, to be seen, to have fun and to share effortless ways to look stylish and ‘put together’ but also not look like we’ve tried too hard. I think real style comes from how you wear the simplest of outfits for maximum impact and I’m so happy that you lovely lot have joined this little community. Everyone is super supportive, kind, loves to shop and loves their glam! I think that pretty much sums it up!

Thank you to everty one of you who takes the time to message me, engage, reply to my polls - I notice every one of you and it’s because of you I keep doing this. I was also a work in progress and now I’m sharing what I learnt as a curvy midlife woman who knows how to dress and loves sharing that with you. Welcome!

I get asked a lot about what supplements I take so thought I’d show you and give all the details and why I take what I do. 👇💊

1. High strength cod liver oil. Brain health, heart health and apparently it helps your hair grow!
2. @wildnutritionltd Menopause supplements. These are all plant based, no nasties.
3. NMN there’s been loads of press about these, but again, make sure you buy ones with no nasties and fillers in. They may cost you a tad more, but if you’re taking a supplement it’s pointless taking one that’s full of rubbish. Kim K swears by them. These are the best in the market from @vivanmnuk the UK’s purest. Don’t even bother with any others.. (there’s a 25% discount if you use my code ELIZABETHSE)
4. Spermidine. Now this is a relatively new product that hasn’t been widely tested on humans, but I learnt about it from Dr David Sinclair who’s a Harvard Professor and longevity expert. If it’s good enough for him it’s good enough for me!
5. Turmeric. I started taking this when my very first peri menopause symptom kicked in - itchy skin, in particular my ears and my chest. Choose a good quality, high strength raw turmeric. My go to is @theturmericco

1. Elf Power Grip Matt primer. Keeps everything in place all day.
2. @danessa_myricks Balm Primer (it’s like a primer, cc, hybrid and it’s incredible)
3. @urbandecayuki eye primer potion original
4. @lauramercier Tinted Moisturiser Blurred Matte in shade Maple. The perfect summer base. Matte but not flat or drying it has a satin/matte finish.

The heatwave maybe over (until the next one in a couple of weeks) but I still needed work wear for hot weather, so headed into M&S to see what I could find. Im a sweater (and not the fluffy variety!), so get very warm and needed pieces that keep me cool, still look smart and on trend for my job. Which one are you ordering first?

After quite a bit of research trying to find the best treatment that didn’t involve a face lift ( I just can’t do that to myself) - I finally decided on HIFU, but there’s so many types. Ultracel Q+ is one of the best. (One of the celeb salon owners I follow uses it on herself).

Next I had to find somewhere that was easy for me to get to and as I work in Birmingham regularly, I was excited to find @dermoperfectionuk in The Mailbox! (I know! Shopping and treatments! There’s nothing better is there!).

I decided on a mid face treatment, but you can have full face too).

It doesn’t hurt at all.. it was quite relaxing actually. Treatments are 3 months apart (that’s how effective it is) and you can only have 3 in a year with just one annual top up.

I did see a difference straight away - with the best effects in the coming weeks and months.

God I love me a treatment!
