Discipline over motivation. Every. Single. Time.

Some days you feel unstoppable… other days you don’t feel like showing up at all. That’s where self-discipline takes over. That’s where the real work happens.

I’m building my dream body rep by rep, choice by choice — not just when it’s convenient, but especially when it’s not. Strength training today, followed by a cold plunge to reset, refocus, and remind myself I can do hard things.

This isn’t about quick results. It’s about becoming the person who earns them.

Stay consistent. Stay hungry. Stay locked in. 💪❄️
