My new favorite way to cook salmon- slice into cubes, season, and air fry. Sprinkled with @kfishfred K-Fred Cajun Seasoning and a little herbed butter and air fried at 400 for 8 minutes, turning once. Made some yellow long grain rice and broccoli seasoned with @penzey_spices Northwoods. by @ljprn

Made my first batch of #dirtyrice thanks to a recipe from @southerndiscourse and inspired by a @littlecajunhouse post! So delicious! Cooked the rice a day ahead in bone broth and used bone broth in place of chicken broth for more protein. Yummy! by @ljprn

Had an AMAZING time with Lizzie at Georgia College & State University orientation in Milledgeville. Her roommate and suitemates are amazing, their parents are awesome, and the school is SO IMPRESSIVE! And we scored a lot of free swag!

Pork Tenderloins were BOGO at @publix so I whipped up some Pork Bulgogi and Nam Sod. For the Bulgogi, I sliced the pork thin and stir fried with onions and spices. For the Nam Sod, I cooked the pork to 144 via sous vide and diced it with onion, carrot, ginger, peanuts, cilantro and garlic then tossed in lemon Thai dressing. by @ljprn
