What we eat to train and perform as a dietitian and NRLW player 🤍 (not me lol, just trying to keep up with one)

GOAL: Fuelling performance 🔥🏉

An easy example of what we actually eat before and after training, because performance nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated.

Pre-training: 2 x LCM bars → quick, easy carbs for energy

Post-training: Rokeby protein milk + muesli bar → protein for muscle repair + carbs to replenish glycogen before having a main meal

Simple. Practical. Effective. Beginning the recovery process immediately!

You don’t need fancy supplements or complicated protocols, just the right nutrients at the right time.

✨ Want support fuelling sessions to perform at your best? Book a Dietitian session with me NOW 🤍
Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at The Hybrid HQ Erina or online. 📍 Book via the link in bio or DM 🫶
