The unpopular opinion is that so long as we’re growing, we never arrive. Every day is like a whole decision tree. It’s all about the journey, not the destination. What lies in the journey is patience, grace, consistency and persistency. Just a few words that hold so much weight.

Human first, I fell into the trap of “no one told me this will happen entering my 30s”. Dealing with a lot of what is out of my control the last few months encouraged me to put a spotlight on my systems and often times my toxic traits. Choosing to believe in the “silver lining” of a circumstance takes courage. Feeling waves of imposter syndrome when I am not consistently practicing my craft. Realizing what I got away with in my 20s for the sake of survival was not going to cut it anymore in my 30s. Then unlearning and switching out that mindset for one of abundance takes (inner) workkkk.

If “doing the most” (for the wrong reasons) was a person, she may have been me. Through the infinite laps of overcoming and becoming, it is a blessing to leverage my voice for good. For my body/health. It is a lifestyle. And for everyone else. It is my duty to uplift potential. I do what I do for the people, my community. And I’m still in awe of the amazing humans that God has brought into my life. For that, I am thankful.

I’ve allowed myself a break to rest, recalibrate and have fun. Mind you, I don’t like sitting still so progresssss hehe. Now it is time to LOCK IN 🔐- refreshed and back to work like I never left 💐

✨ Rumor has it… this is home ✨

My first big-girl apartment—finally a space that’s fully mine, where every corner reflects me, my wellness, and the life I’m building. The accent wall, painted with love on Valentine’s Day in @behrpaint 2025 Color of the Year, 𝘙𝘶𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘴 ❤️, is a deep ruby red that’s bold, grounding, and full of energy—also my favorite color, so finding out it was the Color of the Year felt like a sign.

Fun fact: my name, Uloma, means “good home” in Igbo. To me, home isn’t just four walls—it’s our bodies, our minds, our spirits, and the people and objects that connect us. 🌱

This little haven reflects intentional design for wellness—spaces that nurture, support, and cocreate with us. This is 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦 💫
