Think about it this way: you don’t buy car insurance hoping to get into an accident, and you don’t buy homeowners insurance hoping your house burns down. You buy insurance because you value protection. Life insurance is no different. For many young adults, term life insurance is one of the smartest financial decisions you can make because you’re typically healthier, which often means lower premiums and the opportunity to lock in coverage while you qualify. The truth is, accidents, illnesses, and unexpected diagnoses don’t discriminate by age. Here are three reasons every young adult should consider a term life insurance policy: • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Whether it’s a spouse, children, parents, or even someone who co-signed a loan, life insurance can help replace income, pay off debts, and provide financial stability when it’s needed most. • 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆. The younger and healthier you are, the better your chances of securing lower rates. Waiting until “later” can mean paying significantly more—or not qualifying for the same coverage at all. • 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀. This is one of the most overlooked features of today’s life insurance. If you’re diagnosed with a qualifying critical, chronic, or terminal illness (depending on your policy), you may be able to access a portion of your death benefit while you’re still living to help with medical expenses, lost income, or your family’s financial needs. Life insurance isn’t about planning for death—it’s about protecting the life you’ve worked so hard to build. The best time to put a plan in place is before you ever need it. Are you financially prepared to retire, or will you be working just to survive? Statistics vary depending on the source, but I’ve seen figures suggesting Americans have around $65,000 saved in their 401(k). I personally find that number incredibly low, but let’s use it as an example. Let’s say you’re retiring at 65 years old and you live until 85. That’s 20 years of retirement you need to fund! Here’s what $65,000 looks like when you break it down: * $65,000 ÷ 20 years = $3,250 per year * $3,250 ÷ 12 months = $270.83 per month Now let’s assume you’re also collecting $1,800 per month in Social Security. That gives you approximately $2,071 per month to live on! Think about that for a moment. Could you afford your mortgage or rent? Groceries? Utilities? Car payments? Healthcare? What about emergencies or simply enjoying the retirement you’ve worked your entire life for? And remember, this is a simplified example. We’re not factoring in inflation, taxes, investment growth or unexpected expenses. The scary part isn’t just how little you may have saved. It’s how many people have no idea whether they’re actually prepared to retire. Having a 401(k) doesn’t automatically mean you have a retirement plan. We need to start having these conversations NOW, not when we’re 65 and wondering how we’re going to make ends meet. Because the last thing you want is to spend your retirement years working just to pay the bills. Do you understand your 401(k)? Do you know what your retirement income could actually look like? Let’s review what you have, explore your options and create a retirement strategy that makes sense for your future. DM me for a complimentary retirement consultation. by @llamaslegacyplanning
Day 02 | 30 Days of Gratitude 🤎 Even when I’ve lost my way, God has never stopped showing me that He’s right here. I’ve always been a believer, especially since my early 30s. But I’ve learned that sometimes it takes realizing just how much we need God to truly draw closer to Him. There have been moments when I’ve questioned His plans, felt frustrated and even struggled with doubt. But one thing I believe with all my heart is that God’s plans are always greater than our understanding. This is something I’ve learned in both life and business. Every setback, every closed door and every disappointment can be an opportunity for growth. Sometimes what feels like a loss is simply God redirecting us toward something better. I’ve witnessed His blessings in ways I can’t even explain. I believe in tithing, serving others and doing business with integrity. I believe that when we lead with the right heart and genuinely serve people, the rewards go far beyond financial success. Today, I’m grateful for God’s presence, His guidance and the reminder that even when I don’t understand the plan, I can still trust the One who created it. 🤎 Have you ever looked back at something that didn’t go as planned and realized it was leading you exactly where you needed to be? 🤎 by @llamaslegacyplanning
The wrong time to learn about probate is after someone you love dies. So, what is probate? Simply put, it’s a legal process where the court oversees someone’s estate after they pass away. Here’s what many homeowners don’t realize… Imagine Mom and Dad worked their entire lives to pay off their home, hoping to leave it to their children. But they never created a Living Trust. Now their children may face: • Months or even years of delays. • Expensive court and attorney fees. • Arguments over keeping or selling the home. • Siblings fighting over money and inheritance. • Family relationships damaged forever. And here’s what people don’t talk about enough… Probate isn’t just about money. It can create resentment, division and broken families. A properly funded Living Trust can help avoid probate and reduce unnecessary stress and conflict. You worked too hard to build your legacy. Don’t leave your family a legal battle instead. Protect your home. Protect your family. Protect your legacy. DM me to learn more and schedule your FREE Living Trust consultation. Let’s make sure everything you’ve worked so hard for is protected. ❤️ #LivingTrust #ProtectYourLegacy #RevocableLivingTrust #EstatePlanningAwareness #AvoidProbate by @llamaslegacyplanning
𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧! 🤎 𝘼 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣, 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙨. I have so much to be grateful for, and every day this month, I’ll be sharing something I appreciate. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: 𝗜’𝗺 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜 Now, it’s definitely not at the top of my gratitude list, but hear me out! AI has been such a blessing for our business and our team. Not everyone has the perfect vocabulary or knows how to put their thoughts into words. Sometimes you have a beautiful message in your heart but struggle to express it. AI helps bridge that gap, giving more people the confidence to create, market and build their own brand. And yes, haters will say this picture is AI… and they’d be right! 😂 Coming from someone who grew up using an actual dictionary and doing everything manually, I’m not quite sure where this AI world is headed, but I can certainly appreciate the good it brings. Grateful for tools that help people turn their ideas into something beautiful 🤎 by @llamaslegacyplanning
About 90% of the people I speak with who already have life insurance don’t really know what they have! First, I’m grateful someone helped them get protected! ❤️ But my job as a life insurance agent goes beyond selling a policy. It’s about educating you and making sure you understand what you’re paying for. Do you have living benefits? When does your term expire? Do you have the option to convert to permanent coverage? Life insurance has evolved, and some of the benefits available today can be such a blessing to families. You deserve to know exactly what you have, how it works, and how it protects you. Let’s review your policy together 👓 🔍 #LifeInsurance #LivingBenefits #FinancialProtection #ProtectYourFamily #LifeInsuranceAwareness by @llamaslegacyplanning
Put yourself in rooms where ambition is contagious, growth is encouraged, and everyone wants to see everyone win. If that’s not the energy, find a new room.✨🤍 #teamwork #empoweroneanother #financialservices by @llamaslegacyplanning
A healthy ego makes you secure in who you are. An unhealthy ego makes you threatened by who everyone else is. One thing my personal journey has taught me, especially as I’ve grown in my faith and spent more time understanding God’s Word, is the importance of humility, grace, and being more Christlike in how I treat others. I’ve also learned to recognize the difference between confidence and arrogance. Some people walk into a room wanting to inspire others, while others need to be the most important person in it. They divide, diminish, and make others feel beneath them. To me, there’s nothing admirable about that. I’ve been in environments where your value was determined by your title, your income, or whether your name appeared on a leaderboard. If you weren’t producing at a certain level, your voice somehow mattered less. And I’ve learned that I never want to be the kind of person who makes someone else feel that way. I believe you can challenge people, hold them accountable, and deliver difficult messages without stripping them of their dignity. You can be successful without being arrogant. You can lead without intimidating. And you can inspire growth without making someone feel insignificant. The more I learn about Christ, the more I realize that true leadership isn’t about how many people are beneath you, but how many people you choose to lift up. Success may reveal what you’ve accomplished, but the way you treat people reveals your character. And that will always matter more to me. #ego #christlike #leadership #toxic #jealous by @llamaslegacyplanning
Do you REALLY know what you’re paying for? I can’t tell you how many people I meet who have life insurance but have absolutely no idea what they own! Recently, while preparing a client’s Living Trust, she listed her life insurance as an asset she intended to leave to one of her children. What she didn’t realize was that she had a term policy set to expire in just a few years. If she outlives that coverage, the child she intended to protect could be left with nothing from that policy. Imagine paying for something for 20 years and not understanding how it works! If you’re paying for life insurance, you should know the answers to these three questions: 1. What type of policy do you have? Term or permanent? 2. When does your coverage expire? Will your payments increase? 3. What does your policy actually cover? Death benefits only, or living benefits too? Having life insurance is one thing. Understanding what you own is another. If you can’t answer these questions, let’s review your policy together. I’m happy to help you understand exactly what you’re paying for and whether it still meets your family’s needs. Don’t wait until it’s too late to find out. #lifeinsurance #estateplanning #investment #legacyplanning #livingtrust by @llamaslegacyplanning

Life insurance was never really about you. It’s about the people who depend on you—their home, their future, their everyday needs, and the life you worked so hard to build. One of the greatest gifts you can leave the people you love is the ability to keep going. by @llamaslegacyplanning
What an amazing meeting with these POWERHOUSES! 🔥 A year ago, I prayed for God to send us a few good people. He sent us more than we could have ever imagined in the past 12 months. I always wanted to build alongside a team of badass, sharp, driven women and God DELIVERED with our OC ladies! They have beauty, talent, vision & brains. Each comes from a different walk of life, hungry for MORE! One recently gave birth, another had knee replacement surgery, another is a serial entrepreneur and most are juggling multiple businesses. Yet, no matter what life throws at them, THEY KEEP SHOWING UP with no excuses. Different stories, different struggles, but the same determination to grow! We’re incredibly grateful that these women chose US to be part of their journey. We don’t take that trust lightly and we cannot wait to grow alongside each of them, celebrate their victories, and watch everything God has in store for them. We’re just getting started! by @llamaslegacyplanning
