Had so much fun taking on this advanced series by @ryleeprodigy ! Not only did I show up and perform, but I volunteered for a solo 🥹 So proud of myself. I learned so much just in those 4 classes about my movement, mobility, strength and endurance ! Thank u so much for the challenge motha ! Never not learning from you 🫶🏽 And it was so inspiring to see growth and push from my peers in this space together! We all did that! 🗣️❤️
