My beautiful daughter @jazzi.milz recreated this photo of me when I was pregnant with her, right down to our matching red polka-dot tops! ❤️🤍🖤 We may have had a little trouble finding the perfect match, but I’d say she nailed it!

Now we’re counting down the days until baby Josiah makes his grand entrance! 👶🏻💙

Life is such a blessing, and there’s something so beautiful about the legacy of women who pass down love from one generation to the next. Of all the titles I’ve ever held, MOM will always be one of my very favorites. And now I get to add Grammie and Gigi to the list! 🥰

From my baby bump to hers, the years may fly by, but the joy of motherhood just keeps growing. What a gift to love, nurture, and welcome the next generation into this beautiful thing called LIFE! ❤️

My first book proof looked like… POOP! 😂💩

I’m not kidding! When I opened my first paperback proof of Rescue the Children, the beautiful blues, pinks, and purples on my cover were dull and dark. Definitely NOT what I envisioned!

Turns out, CMYK printing can make vibrant colors tricky to reproduce. Who knew publishing came with a crash course in color science?

My amazing designer, @suzetteallen, and I went back to work, brightened the colors, and switched from matte to glossy.

The dull matte cover is on the left. The colorful glossy cover is on the right! 💙💗💜 Now THAT'S more like it!

Meanwhile, we're working on the hardcover, e-book, Kindle edition, and Kickstarter rewards. Thank you for being so patient as we get everything just right!

Yes, I am a hot mess…literally! 😭 Yes, those are tears of joy. Yes, my shirt is inside out. And yes, I’m wearing Strawberry Shortcake pajamas. 🍓

But when your newest little blessing makes a perfect baker’s dozen, who cares what you’re wearing?! 🍩🥹❤️

Josiah makes 13 grandchildren, and this Grammie’s heart is overflowing. Life just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter!🧁 👶🏽💕

The sound of that many lives being poured out is almost deafening.

Today, on the National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children, we remember the lives lost to abortion since Roe v. Wade.

We remember those lost in war. We honor them. We speak their numbers. We mourn their lives.

So what happens when we try to see what 66 million represents?

In this YouTube video, each BB represents 3,000 lives. And when I pour them out, it takes a long time.

That is the point.

Behind every number was a child.

A life.

A person made in the image of God.

I know the pain of abortion loss personally. I lost my first grandchild to abortion, and I hold onto the hope that one day I will see her in heaven.

Today, we remember.

We will not forget them.

Happy birthday blessings to my firstborn, @1aricah Arica Michelle! 🎉❤️

1977 is my favorite year because it’s the year I became a mom. Being pregnant at 15 wasn’t easy, but becoming your mom has been my greatest blessing ever—and truly, my purpose in life.

I found this T-shirt that said 1977, and then I noticed it said Montana, your birthplace. I just had to buy it! ❤️

Jeff is one of those people who is incredibly loving, kind, and always keeps our family laughing. We are so blessed to have him in our family!

And this birthday celebration at Chili’s took a hilarious turn… 😂 When they came over to sing “Happy Birthday,” Jeff got down on one knee and proposed to my daughter @ayeyahurd —who he is ALREADY married to! 😂💍❤️

Today is World Day Against Trafficking in Persons.

Trafficking doesn’t always look like abduction. More often, it begins online.

Children are being targeted through the devices they use every day—social media, gaming platforms, messaging apps, and live streams. Trust is built. Then manipulation begins.

Awareness is the first step. Education is the second. Action is what saves lives.

Parents, teachers, churches, and communities all have a role. Start the conversations. Learn the warning signs. Stay connected to the children you love.

Every child deserves safety, dignity, and freedom.
