👩🏽‍🦱 Raquel: The messy momma of this operation. Think big Linda Belcher energy with a love for hiking, camping, and anything that involves fresh air and sunshine. If it’s outside, I'm all in. If it involves a clean house? I'm not.

👨🏾‍🦱 Lason: Dad, driver, and family photographer extraordinaire. He’s the pack mule of the group, carrying all the kids, gear, and occasionally snacks no one asked for. Always the calm in the chaos (until Rosalind starts screaming in the car).

👦🏾 Makai (6): The oldest, most responsible, and definitely the family’s resident cartoon critic. Loves video games, swimming, and giving Koa serious side-eye when he’s being extra.

🧑🏾‍🦱 Koa (4): The wild middle child. If it involves animals, fishing, or reptiles, Koa’s your guy. If it involves sitting still? Absolutely not. You’ll usually find him running circles while holding something questionable (like a worm).

👶🏽 Rosalind (almost 1): The queen of the family. Loves being outside and giggling at her brothers, but absolutely hates her car seat with the passion of a thousand suns.

Our tent collapsed, so we booked a last-minute hotel—
and accidentally unlocked the ultimate family camping hack.

We topped off the cooler with fresh ice.
Showered off three days of dirt.
Swam in the pool. Ate continental breakfast.
And this unicorn hotel? Had laundry right next to our room.
For the first time ever, we came home with clean clothes and zero regrets.

So let’s pretend this was my genius idea all along.
