I missed out on so much in my early 20s because food consumed 90% of my mental capacity. I was scared of it.

What I’m actually scared of now? Missing out on MY LIFE!

That’s the whole reason LL’s Kitchen exists. Food should be something that ads to your life. It’s meant to fuel you. It’s meant to be enjoyed. I pray it’s never something you obsess over.

Let this be your reminder today that you deserve a life that’s full! Both your stomach and your memories 🤍
