Moon goddess Columbina 🌙 🕊️

I don't know this character or play this game tbh I just appreciate Genshin character designs from afar :') This started as a free doodle redeem from my Twitch stream, and I liked the composition too much to not try to finish it! Rendering without lineart was a challenge though and I gave up a couple times along the way, only to pick it back up again later because it was gnawing at me. Took 5 months total.

SHAW!!

all i do rn is play silksong, draw silksong, learn silksong lore, watch sillsong memes, think about silksong. i think hornet is very charming!

i really hesitated to draw her as a humanoid at first because i feel like gijinkas get a bad rep, but i saw a cosplayer wear a design similar to what i imagined and thought fwick it, she's pretty.

this is the first piece I made fully on my Cintiq tablet cause my old Intuos stopped working, so it's been an adjustment! this is also the first new piece since starting to make short videos, so i filmed a bunch of the process on my phone and now need to figure out how to edit them yaaa pooshanka

clutch! 😋✌️

my entry for the Valorant Champions fan art contest, "Show us what it feels like to clutch". we got the goofy victorious one, terrified yet relieved Wingman & Gekko, and serious Reyna.

this was a complex one for me and admittedly I think it looks a bit crowded. I realized I have room for improvement on planning my compositions, especially in terms of colors 😮‍💨 it's also really weird seeing 30+ hours of work condensed into 1 minute. like I'm being gaslit wtf

GET JINXED 💥💥

I wanted to draw Jinx during Arcane season 1 in 2021 and didn't get around to it! so here we are 3 years later!!! I haven't started season 2 yet because I was not allowing myself until I finished this first. Oh I got Jinx's nails irl to match, and in the process of getting a manicure I realized I drew Jinx's nails wrong so I went home and gave her a manicure too 💅 Goodbye while I go consume peak animation and storytelling cinema now. (Watch Arcane if you haven't what r u doing!!!)

"I'll Give You All of Me" - a stop motion short for my Visual Storytelling final in college.

It's about sacrificing pieces of yourself to keep someone you care about happy, even though it'll never be enough. Deep down you know it, but you try anyway until it's too much for too long.

I made this more than 4 years ago but didn't upload it in many places back then! I was always proud of this as a deeply personal project, but the pacing seemed off... I'm an illustrator, not a videographer after all :') When I was listening to Faouzia's UNETHICAL recently, it occurred to me that this was a fitting song to post this to. I edited the pacing from the original slightly for short form and hope this is palatable to you, dear audience, and the algorithm gods 🙏 I think this is a situation most of us go through at some point in our lives, whether it is with a friend, family member, or partner.

Each frame was drawn digitally, then printed on paper and cut out by hand for stop motion, shot on my phone. My first and still only time ever animating like this 🤠 I remember pulling an all nighter to shoot and edit it in one day. College me had that dawg (wolf? rabbit?) in her.

"hey Phoenix, if you die, I call dibs on your jacket."

"ah don't be like that, you know you'd also want my shoes."

jett x phoenix ship not as lovers but as rivals with seggsual tension who never date 🙏
