In a blink we went from a Ben10 loving 5 year old to a 23 year old on the verge of being out in the world on his own. What a journey it has been to be your parents! Thanks for keeping us on our toes for the last 23 years 🤣. Happy Birthday @chase.mickley ♥️ by @lmickley1223

Checked a couple more cities and ballparks off our list last week! Baltimore was a hit with visits to the @nationalaquarium, an @orioles game, and our first time experiencing Maryland crab at @locustpointsteamers. Of course, a trip to Washington DC was a must while we were nearby. We navigated the rail & metro systems, survived (barely) LOTS of walking and got to explore our nation’s capitol!! The lesson learned: take the trip ♥️🦀🏟️🚶‍♂️📸 🐠🚞 taken in Washington D. C. by @lmickley1223
