CREW APPRECIATION: MARK VASAPOLLO

Mark Vasapollo’s journey with Larsen Motorsports started as a student intern while studying Mechanical Engineering at Florida Tech. During his time with LMS, he worked on fabrication and digital design projects, gaining hands-on experience that complemented his education.

Today, Mark is a Systems Test Engineer at United Launch Alliance (ULA), but his connection and commitment to Larsen Motorsports and Florida Tech continues. On weekends, he returns to the track as Crew Chief for the Florida Tech Jet Racing Team, putting his engineering experience to work for his alma mater.

Mark also makes time to mentor current Florida Tech students, helping provide the same kind of hands-on experience and guidance that played a role in his own journey.

We’re proud to see where Mark’s career has taken him and grateful that he continues to give his time and expertise back to the team.
