Areeeeee you ready… this week LIPSYNC AND STEP-OFF are back! The theme will be “Music Through the Ages!”, so come watch your favorite decades and songs come to life on Drollinger Stage.

The beneficiary is LMUDM and @bepositivefdn. We are so excited to be fundraising for this organization once again and we cannot wait for what’s to come!

TODAY is the start of our 2-day #HonoringAndrew campaign, honoring what should have been Andrew McDonough’s 34th birthday.

Over the next 46 hours, we’re coming together to honor Andrew’s legacy and raise $46,000 for the kids who have been diagnosed with childhood cancer.

Whether you donate, fundraise, share a post, or simply help spread the word, you are helping support kids with cancer and the families walking beside them. We can’t wait to see our @lmudm and @bepositivefdn communities show up in honor of Andrew and make these two days count 🎗️

On May 13th, 2026, our forever B+ Hero, Atom, passed away. We would like to share his story in honor of him and all the joy he brought us here at LMU. Below is Atom’s story, shared by his mother, Daisy.

“Here’s my child’s story:

Atom was only 15 years old, but the impact he made will last a lifetime. He was sweet, kind, funny, and had a heart bigger than most adults. He loved animals and never hesitated to show compassion to anyone who needed it. As he grew older, he was just beginning to discover who he was becoming. He was getting into skateboarding, finding his own style, and filling his playlists with Blink-182, his favorite band. He was excited about the future.

Then osteosarcoma changed everything. Atom battled bone cancer with incredible courage. He endured surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, countless hospital stays, and a devastating relapse. Even while carrying unimaginable pain, he remained kind. He never let this disease take away the gentle, loving person he was.

On May 13, 2026, Atom transitioned after one of the hardest battles any child should ever have to fight.
As his mom, I had the privilege of standing beside him through every step of his journey. I watched him face fear with courage, pain with grace, and uncertainty with hope. He taught me more in fifteen years than I could ever teach in a lifetime. He showed me what true resilience looks like, what unconditional love feels like, and what it means to keep fighting even when the odds are against you.

There will always be a space in this world that only Atom could fill. I miss watching him become the incredible young man he was meant to be. His courage, kindness, and spirit will continue to inspire others, and his memory will live on in every step I take to honor him. Forever 15. Forever my warrior. Forever my son.”
