The Gift of Feat, fantastic book that I recommend anyone read especially other women. The book is eye-opening about trusting your intuition, be aware of your surroundings and listen to your body. All too often we ignore signs that were there. We felt something, but we ignored it… sound familiar?

Appreciate the moments…. All of them.

The good, bad, ugly, beautiful… there’s a meaning in all of it ….for you to realize later.

It all means something, that you’ll appreciate when the time is right.

Learn new things, new tech, new occupation…. But don’t discount some of those old school tactics like handwritten FLASHCARDS to help you. :)

Encourage those believing in themselves enough to take a chance on themselves. Don’t spread doubt, don’t ask them all these so that you can understand their choice… Stop! 🛑

It’s hard enough for people to have confidence in themselves, we don’t need more hateraide for doubteraide….

If you’re a friend, a parent, a partner, a colleague…. Encourage that human that’s sharing a change in their life they are making. We need more people taking chances on themselves in this world.

The most beautiful thing is someone believing in themselves, and a little encouragement can go a long way… a little doubt or questions can stop someone on their tracks to never share or try again.
