In Q2FY27, we recorded the highest-ever consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 975 Crore, which was up 33% YoY. Marking a strong start, our Retail Book grew 29% YoY to Rs. 1,34,600 Crore, which is in line with Lakshya 2031’s growth target of over 20%.

Retail disbursements surged 27% YoY to Rs. 24,027 Crore. Among business segments, disbursements from Cyclops-powered Two-Wheeler Finance, and Personal Loans exhibited strong growth. The Gold Finance business grew 242% YoY to reach a book size of Rs. 5,043 Crore, supported by rapid expansion of our branch network, which now stands at 502.

Our agentic AI-based cross-sell platform, ‘Project Hercules,’ powered by a new Lead Management System (LdMS), is live in beta for upsell and cross-sell opportunities across urban products, with rural products targeted for introduction by mid-November 2026.

We launched the AI Citizen initiative, which enables our employees to build and deploy customised AI agents for their functional requirements. Subsequently, we scaled operational efficiency by building our own AI solutions and Co-pilots.
