Sometime in 2020 working on whatever it is this was! work was so two dimensional it’s crazy but it has a certain childish quality to it that I really like also my use of color has always been so rugged and intuitive idk how I feel about that sometimes I lean into it and sometimes I wish color theory wasn’t actual gibberish to me but I like that I’m learning my own color theory even though this way is so much harder for no reason like sis just watch the YouTube videos 😭 by @lo.locase

I don’t think people give artists enough credit anymore! real fr fr artists I mean because I could not even begin to break down for you how difficult it is to stay connected to the divine source especially as you grow older because you find out very quickly that the world ain’t trynna hear allat but some of us choose the pain -and yes I said pain because it is actually easier to conform- of trying to articulate a human experience for better or for worse because that’s what art is actually it’s literally just the articulation of the human experience in different forms just as it comes from that divine source I mentioned earlier but I cringe when I start to sound too woowoo but I am a very woowoo type of babe 🦦🥼 by @lo.locase

You see that book I’m holding? Read it in one evening! Phenomenal story incredibly simple and profound way of writing and I can’t help but compare it to the dumpster fire that was my experience reading a little life which in its defense had phenomenal if albeit a bit performative writing but you see that story??? I will be perplexed about that one for a while because what in the torture porn was that? and maybe there’s people for whom that is a relatable experience and fair enough but it just beggared belief for about half the entire novel and it was a pretty big novel so idk by @lo.locase

He only reason you guys don’t get my dad is dead and that’s my whole personality content is because I think it’s razz to make anything your personality so I fight the urge because I also hate being a hypocrite the problems are many I know but I’m ngl every fucking day I wanna moan and bemoan my fate but that’s not on so cool I’ll adhere to the social contract but bruhhhh what do you mean my father is dead?
