Coxcomb man says the world is bad
And “It’s all because of everybody being sad”
Oh well, the Coxcomb man says the world is bad
And it's “Not without it’s diamonds we made steel & crats!”

Did you shave?
Just a reminder to take care of yourself :) It can look like a lot of different things, spending time with your kids, cleaning the house, doing your dishes.. Shaving. Whatever it is I hope you've done it & it makes you happy!🪒

About Me: is a year old today, and I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for this album. I'm incredibly thankful for everything the process of creating this with my friends has given me, and I'm excited to show people what I've been working on since its release. I've done a lot of growing since then in both my personal and musical life, and I think what's coming next will be really special.

Lately I've been focusing on making music without the burden of cynicism and self-loathing, and I think the product so far is better for it.
I'm hoping to be able to share more soon, but for now I'll be uploading a free collection of demos from About Me: on Bandcamp, with additional tid-bits and facts about the production included for some of the songs. Some of the tracks will also include individual track art showing the progression of all the song art shown above in this post. It's all pretty rough, but I figured I'd put it out there if anybody becomes interested.

Additionally, there are a couple of demos from my new album on my SoundCloud, again pretty rough but they are there for those interested. Thank you for listening, and thank you to everyone who made this possible. Happy Anniversary 🥳🎉

--One last note, while the M's haven't officially begun working with me for the next project yet (bar Whittled Willie), I'd like to address the roster change, as well as the artist title rebranding. I felt that "Evan M." placed too much emphasis on me as an individual, and while I do write all the songs for the most part, I want to increase the amount of sway the M's have in a songs final form. So I released the Whittled Willie demo under both "Evan M." and "Evan & the M's" while we transition to the next album, and the next phase of the band's life. With this name change, we've also acquired a new drummer, @dylan_mrey , lost another member, and gained @ap_guitar_design .
We all believe this to be the best way moving forward, and both Addison and Dylan are very talented musicians who I can't wait to work more closely with. Thank you again, that's all 👋 by @lo_eye
