so hungry we could eat a strength session that just happens to use a reformer… by @loadreformer

A message from Cam & Lottie, the founders of LOAD:

Why LOAD?

We believe reformer training can be more than what the industry has traditionally offered.

At LOAD, our approach is built around strength, performance, and longevity. Every session is designed with progressive, science-backed programming that helps people move better, get stronger, and build resilience over time. We’re focused on making strength training accessible to everybody - whether you’re new to reformer or have trained for years.

LOAD was created to break the mould of traditional reformer and inspire people to see it differently - as a tool for building real strength, improving performance, and training with purpose.

Our semi-private format allows for a more personal experience, where coaching, connection, and community aren’t lost in a crowded room. We want people to feel supported, challenged, and genuinely part of something every time they walk through the door.

We’re proud to be part of the shift toward a more functional, performance-focused future for reformer.

This is LOAD.

Yesterday we tackled runners’ biggest fear… strength training. Turns out, it might be exactly what they need most.

Between @loadreformer, @threesixtyphysio_ & @findyouredgeapp, we cut the noise and laid down the facts.

Runners, keep your eyes peeled. We’ve got more up our sleeve for you. by @loadreformer

babe wake up, LOAD just dropped another weekly dump by @loadreformer

Let’s make fitness less secretive and more collaborative.

More good programming.
More great coaches.
More people getting stronger.
The more the merrier.

another week, another reformer getting absolutely rinsed. by @loadreformer

A little more load, a little less fragility. by @loadreformer

another week of making the reformer earn its keep by @loadreformer

It’s not a sales pitch, it’s a training principle.
A reformer + free weights doesn’t automatically make a session a strength session.

Strength, hypertrophy, endurance- they’re different adaptations, and they require different programming.

The equipment is the tool. The programming is what drives the result. by @loadreformer

Let’s clear something up.

Using a Reformer doesn’t automatically make something Pilates.
Pilates is a method - developed by Joseph Pilates - designed to improve control, coordination, posture, and movement quality. It’s effective, intentional, and has its place.

LOAD isn’t that.

The Reformer is simply the tool we use to apply resistance, progressive load, and controlled challenge. Same machine. Different stimulus. Different outcome.

If your goal is movement, awareness, and low-load control, Pilates does that brilliantly. If your goal is to build strength, muscle, bone density, and long-term resilience, you need progressive strength training.

That’s what we do. And we can’t wait to continue to build together in 2026.
