Taiyaki 🍓!

This was a DM suggestion I got as an idea and I thought it was cute! Rendering on the other hand was an absolute nightmare! The more I look at it, the more it looks like corn 😭.

I also tried drawing a background, but I don’t feel like it works. I’m still trying to figure out how to work backgrounds into my Art so that it doesn’t take a way from the main food but is still fun.

Happy September! I turn 18 in three days, so yay to adulthood :)

Anyway, I hope you like it 🙇‍♀️

Miffy buns 🥯✨

Bread is so fun to render, like I’m obsessed with it.

Just Miffy as an ice cream 🍦

I finally got a chance to draw again (all the abstracts I have been doing have been frying my brain) 😵‍💫
Next Goal: a Full piece with a background!

Strawberry Bingsu 🍓🍨

I saw this at a street food festival, among other things, and just had to draw it!

Strawberry bagel 🍓🥯✨

This was a study without a sketch, which is actually so much more fun and free to do, I will admit the liquify tool was abused a bit.. by @loaffuin

Croissant collab! 🥐✨ @hwalumi x @loaffuin

Sweet + savory = a balanced meal~ We both drew a different-flavored croissant for this. The sweet croissant (@loaffuin) has fresh strawberries, decadent molten chocolate, and a dusting of powdered sugar. The savory croissant (@hwalumi) has a crispy fried egg, ham, and melted cheese. Don’t they look delicious? by @loaffuin

loaf 🍞🥖✨

Now this is just bread but it’s accompanied by a new interest in miniature food! When I say I’ve become obsessed I mean like, staying up just to warm clay kind of obsessed.

I don’t think I’ve recently enjoyed anything as much as this craft, and it really makes me so excited to see my digital work become something tangible and CUTEE.

Should I start selling them y’all? 🫣 by @loaffuin

I was scrolling on reels a while ago and came across this gorgeous cake by @huds.bakehouse which inspired me!

A few years ago I made a pink heart cake for my birthday (last slide) and it was the hardest thing ever- which really increases my appreciation for pastry artists and cake decorators.

PS> the heart was too hard to draw i made it a round cake 🎂

Strawberry apple waffles 🍎🧇🍓

It’s been a minute, I admit I drew this like a month back and completely forgot about it. I was on a trip recently, and didn’t have the ability to draw but I’m gonna grind now!

Also summer season is FINALLY here, and I’ve got so much free time to do art- I’m so excited!
