You earned a benefit. Here's how a VA home loan generally works 🏡

➡️ A VA-guaranteed home loan is a loan option for eligible borrowers, made by private lenders and guaranteed in part by the VA.
➡️ Eligibility is set by the VA and documented with a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Every situation is different, and details must be verified.
➡️ VA loans aren't only for first homes. Eligible buyers who are moving up or relocating to NC or SC may be able to use one again. It depends on your situation.
