FaceTiming with Albuquerque’s own “Pole Lady!” 🏈

Valerie Flores has been taking the UNM Lobos and the 505 with her to College GameDay stops all across the country, making sure New Mexico is represented wherever college football is happening.

Thanks for repping the Lobos and the Land of Enchantment, Valerie!

👀 @collegegameday @espn seriously, take a look at Albuquerque on Oct. 24.

North Dakota State (@ndsufootball) at New Mexico (@unmlobofb) has the chance to be one of the biggest G6 games of the weekend. Both could be fighting for the Mountain West (@mountainwestconference) and a spot at the top of the G6 race.

Add in University Stadium, Jason Eck, the Sandias, a fanbase ready to show out, and a national slate without many obvious headliners… why not Albuquerque? 🐺🔥

@recedavis @kirkherbstreit @desmondhoward @patmcafeeshow @espn @collegegameday come to the 505!

From the Land of Enchantment to the World's Game 🏆

We spotted @lobosziaflags waving the New Mexico flag during the Egypt 🆚 Australia Round of 32 match, so we surprised her with a jersey from her hometown club! #SomosUnidos by @lobosziaflags

New Mexico made its presence known at the World Cup.

A local fan known as “LoyalLobo,” who runs the Instagram account @lobosziaflags , waved the state’s Zia flag high in the stands during the Egypt vs. Australia Round of 32 match at AT&T Stadium in Dallas on July 3 — a game Egypt won in a penalty shootout.

“An absolutely amazing experience, so thankful!” she wrote following the match.
