Custom wall finished we did for a pilates studio in St. Matthews. Designer wanted a finished that mimicked smooth concrete. We used a venetian plaster called Marmorino KS. Very happy with the results. by @local_build

This was a porch addition and bay window remodel that we took over for a customer that was displeased with who they had hired to do the work previously. We had to rip out and replace the whole ceiling, columns, gutters, trim, soffit, lights and heaters in order to get this porch to the quality they had envisioned. Multiple water concerns with the flashing and metal, the columns had been cut wrong and shimmed (big no no), and the ceiling wasn’t laced in properly and had a poor stain job applied to half of it. The gutters and metal were the wrong color but installed anyways.
These are the concerns home owners face when hiring a company to work on their home.
At Local Build we are dedicated to building structures properly and to providing a finished quality that speaks for itself. The devil is in the details! Hire a company that will care for your home like it’s their own. The cheapest option sometimes comes at a higher cost! by @local_build
