Our new Buzzkiller NA Series has arrived💀! You asked for “every occasion” beers and we just delivered ✌️

The first releases in our Buzzkiller Series are our Tropical Blonde and Hazy IPA. We brewed these beers just as we’ve done in years past. But, we employed special techniques that allowed us to remove the alcohol but retain the core components of a craft beer💯and we pasteurize them to ensure shelf stability and FDA compliance ✅

They’re lower in calories (both are less than 80 cals), and we’ve given these a lil smidge of protein and electrolytes to make these beers.... healthy! 😮

Our Buzzkiller Tropical Blonde (< 0.5%ABV) is brewed with Pilsner and Pale malts and lightly hopped with Hallertau Blanc for subtle notes of pineapple and passionfruit and a light, crisp, dry finish.

Our Hazy IPA, also < 0.5%ABV is derived from one of our staple Hazy IPA recipes brewed with UK Pale malt, flaked barley, malted oats, and hopped heavily with Citra and Strata hops. This lighter-bodied Hazy IPA has notes of lemon and orange citrus on the palate, and papaya and guava on the nose.

Our Buzzkiller Series is exclusively available in our online shop (link in bio) for pre-order, before they hit stores. We’ll be shipping these out starting Mon., Jan 29📦

Snag yours now — there’s literally no limitations on where and when you can start enjoying craft NA beers 🤙 by @localbrewingco

11 years. One hell of an adventure 🍻♥️

After 11 years of making beer in San Francisco, it’s time to close this chapter. And damn, are we proud of what we built

We made hundreds of beers (won 14 medals for 9 of them!). We collaborated with more than a dozen breweries in the Bay Area and beyond, made beer + music + art collabs with our friends @maskagram and @dregs_one , brewed Pride beers, launched Buzzkiller®, threw a whole lot of parties, and created a space that we hope always felt welcoming, inclusive, and unmistakably Local

But the best part was always the people.

To our regulars, our beer community, our collaborators, our friends, and everyone who kept drinking and supporting Local long after we left our brick-and-mortar home — thank you 🥰🫠

And to our Local squad who came along for this ride and helped us build this thing, we love you ♥️ Couldn’t have done it without you.

Building Local has been one of the best experiences of our lives and one we’ll never forget

Thanks for drinking with us, creating with us, celebrating with us, and being Local with us. 🍻🌈💕

Cheers,
Regan & Sarah by @localbrewingco

Happy Pride, yall! 🌈🦄🏳️‍🌈

Looking back on eight years of Pride beers, we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

From the very beginning, these releases have been about celebrating our LGBTQ+ community while shining a light on the creativity of different queer artists who helped bring each year’s can to life. Along the way, we were also proud to donate a portion of proceeds each year to the @sflgbtcenter

Looking through these Pride beer posts brings back a lot of great memories 🏳️‍🌈

Thank you to everyone who supported these beers over the years—and to every artist who shared their talent with us. Happy Pride❤️🏳️‍🌈 taken in Mission Dolores Park by @localbrewingco

All April (including Lesbian Visibility Week!) $1 from each pint of Prikkli in Pink sold will benefit @curvefdn. Curve works to tell the stories of LGBTQ+ women's and nonbinary people. Documenting, sharing, and recording these stories is so important and we are so thrilled to support them! by @localbrewingco
