not a launch announcement. just proof i’ve been obsessing.

our spring collection, planned for later this year, will be the first collection produced with a manufacturer.

💳💻🧷
for the past 12 months, it’s been me behind the sewing machine. foot on the pedal, hand threading the needle, packing orders on my bedroom floor and figuring everything out as i went.

and honestly, i’m so grateful for that version of locally hated. every piece taught me something. every order meant the world.

but i’ve reached the point where i physically can’t keep up with demand alone anymore.

so as of last friday, i officially signed with a manufacturing company. which feels terrifying, exciting, validating and surreal all at once.

still the same obsession. just bigger now. by @locallyhatedtl

this week…..

1. statement ring glued to my hand
2. measuring pieces in the studio (obsessing over mm differences)
3. reworked piece about to go live
4. made a motion graphic for the site because i care too much
5. long sleeves are back where they belong
6. still haven’t found a denim set worth my money

and just like that we’re back baby.

website is back up and running for tonight’s drop. still needs a few touches and extra pages, but i’d rather it exist than wait for it to be perfect.

in honour of the new site and launch tonight, i thought i’d tease a few of our new branding directions.

we’ve always known what locally hated is and what we stand for — now it’s just being said louder.
