There’s a special type of magic that happens when you surrender to the call of the sea.

Ever since I discovered ocean dance it has become more than just a physical practice; it’s become a meditation–a space where I find solace and freedom, where time seems to stand still, and where the worries of the world fade away.

In these moments of connection to the sea, every movement becomes a dance of connection, a symphony of self-expression woven into the fabric of the water. It’s a reminder that amidst the ebb and flow of life, there is beauty waiting to be uncovered in every moment.

For these moments, I am eternally grateful.

Still savoring sweet moments from 𝙊𝙘𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 this past May, in Baja, Mexico.

One of those moments where you just laugh underwater because… what is this life?

Out in the middle of the Gulf of California, we slipped into the blue expecting a few dolphins and were suddenly surrounded by hundreds (maybe thousands?) of pantropical spotted dolphins.

Every time we would dive down, they would pivot, swoop in, and circle around us. Were they playing? Curious? Investigating these strange little humans holding their breath? We’ll never fully know, but it felt like a dance I’ll remember forever.

A few fun facts about these incredible animals:

* They’re born gray and slowly develop more spots as they age
* They can travel in enormous groups of hundreds or even thousands
* They hunt mostly at night, following squid and fish that migrate up from the deep
* Their connection with yellowfin tuna led to the “dolphin-safe tuna” movement after millions were killed in tuna fisheries

The ocean constantly reminds me how much intelligence, mystery, and wonder exists beyond our human world.

This seven-day somatic freediving retreat is an invitation to remember your body’s ancient fluency with water. Like déjà vu, something once known returns : breath softens, reflexes awaken, and the nervous system settles into a steady rhythm of trust.

If you’re curious about freediving as a way of remembering your body’s relationship with water, learning with care, play, and depth, this space is held for you.

In August, FARM and Trek Relief stood shoulder to shoulder to bring reliability back to the center of village life: water.

✔️ Two community wells restored (pump repair/replacement)
✔️ Weather-proof housing, concrete pads, fencing, insulation—completed
✔️ Local materials + local workers; safety and stewardship at every step
✔️ Water Sanitation and Hygiene Training launched with the Arkhangai Health Department (32 to start; expanding to 50–60, including herding families)
✔️ 1200 residents with more reliable clean water; 5–7M liters per well each year

This is #TravelWithPurpose in practice.
